Very poor customer service
Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with Undeniable London. I bought my son a bracelet from the site a couple of years ago which he loved. However he lost the bracelet, and so I wanted to order a replacement. I placed the order on the 9th June, but it is now the 26th June and it has still not arrived. I have tried to reach out to Undeniable London using their email address, contact form, and Instagram but have not had any response. They have had my money, but I have no bracelet. 🥺
Package never delivered
My experience was horrible I paid for 3 day express shipping 15 days ago and still have not received the package, tracking info or at the very least a response to the emails i have sent so plan on pursuing a refund.

Very bad communication & very bad customer service
Purchased a chain with 2 day express delivery, that was a week ago, no shipping updates or tracking information, when I emailed to enquire about my order, I was told that they would come back to me same day with dispatch details, still nothing but have received numerous marketing emails in the meantime.
In summary, still haven’t received my chain or any details when, or if it will be delivered, communication very poor, customer service very poor and very very disappointed with the whole service that has been provided.

Ordered a gold chain for my partner to give him on Valentine’s Day. It came and it was silver. I reached out and they said keep the silver and they would send the gold. I have chased 6 times since then to no response. I feel this is rude and unprofessional

Faulty chain still waiting for a replacement.
I purchased 2 chains that looked very nice, however one broke very quickly so I contacted customer services provided pictures of said chain and they advised they would send a replacement on 23rd Jan , despite several emails being sent I have not received the replacement and they are no longer responding to any messages asking where the replacement chain is, this appears to be a common theme with this company.
Looks like I will have to go through the bank for a refund.
