Awful customer service experience when trying to do a return. After providing all the evidence requested and months of waiting while they did their investigation with the courier companies, Underarmour refused to provide me with a refund/voucher to compensate me.

I followed the correct returns process, and even after explaining that to them they said they could not do anything for me. Extremely unhelpful and frustrating.

Went into Liverpool one store to pick up a tshirt and tracksuit bottoms. £45 and 85? I didnt both buying anything because I dont like being ripped off when you can buy the same brand online for £20 and £45/55. Store missed out on potentially more for inflating prices. I hope feedback like this helps you price goods properly

The order I placed took an age to be despatched, I even messaged them as thought I was being scammed by a fake site! No updates or anything which is pretty poor. God forbid you want to return anything, its fedex and try and find somewhere that takes those parcels. I will confidently say I will never order Under Armour Again

I have purchased 3 x running tops and though all emails received suggested 3 were on their way to me only 2 were in the package. Whilst happy with those when you try and contact UA Europe you find offices are only open Mon-Weds 8-11 and so far nobody answers the phone number given during that time (or any other time). The only other way to contact is using "send a message". I've done this twice with no response. I did get multiple review emails so decided to complain on these. Interestingly they answered these but only to tell me my review was not related to the type of review being asked for, not to pick up on the missing product!!!
Update - after searching Google for customer service emails I have found one or two and UA have replied quickly and given me a refund. I have upped from 1 to 2 stars for that promptness.

Purchased golf shoes Hovr drive which I must say are comfortable and have been impressed with but today 14 months after purchase the heel is falling off. I alternate with another pair of the same shoe and have always wiped them down after use with just water so very disappointed with there length of service

Ordered some items as a gift, missing an item so instantly try to contact UA. Opening hours are mon-weds 8-11… what company has customer service open 3 hours 3 days a week!! My parcel was not only delayed but I’m missing an item that was supposed to be a gift. Waited over an hour to get through on live chat, for someone to answer and say ‘I’m sorry to hear that’ and then ended the chat!!
I now have to wait another week to try and contact them because they aren’t responding to the contact form I submitted!!

I wish I looked at the reviews before I purchased. There’s clearly issues they are not addressing. I currently have another item out for delivery which has also been rescheduled. Hoping this one turns up with the item inside.

Will not be buying online again from UA.

Hopefully they will respond to this review because I’m certainly not getting anywhere online.

If only there was an option for less than 1 star. Purchase made online. Customer service number doesn’t work. No live chat. No response to email.!! Returns barcode doesn’t work… prepaid label barcode doesn’t work either. Avoid at all cost!!!

Ordered a product online, shipment started, I was waiting to receive it, I tracked and was waiting for delivery and then they sent me a confirmation that my return has been processed and I will receive a refund in 3 working days?!?! It's supposed to be a birthday present for someone! So ended up with no present and my mouth is still open with amazement. No reply to my message. How does their business function in such a competitive commercial environment? Unbelievable

Delivered my tracksuit to the wrong town... Honestly I just don't understand how that's possible. While I eventually got a refund by the time I did the product got sold out. Thanks for nothing...

Don’t bother, if your order is wrong, not at your fault, they don’t even bother to respond to your contact, 10 days with no response after multiple emails, still nothing, hopefully someone will contact me after this review?

Worst company in the world, do not respond to any correspondence and it would seem they really do not care. I get it they are a big company but that is no excuse for non existent customer service. Their products are pretty poor too. I bought a pair of waterproof golf shoes and guess what they're not waterproof. My advice to people is spare yourself future problems and go buy another companies apparel.

6 day's to dispatch my order, not dispatched and delivered, just dispatched, why does it take a hugh company like Under Armour the best part of a week just to get an order dispatched from their warehouse.

The day before my order was finally dispatched I contacted Under Armour via email to ask for an update on when my order would be shipped (coincidental that it finally shipped the following day?) Anyway that message was never answered, completely ignored, and that's not the first time Under Armour customer service have completely ignored my message's.

Seeing as this is the disdain they hold their loyal, paying customer's with its no wonder they're in such financial distress!

I went into the Under Armour store in the O2 London today. All the staff were amazing and could not help me enough they were very professional and polite.

Decided to paste my review here as they didnt agree to post it on their website.

Very disappointed with customer service. Item not dropped off as business closed. Thats fine. However, first notification about 1400 hrs to say they will try to deliver next business day. Next notification a few hours later saying i didnt pick up so it is getting returned to the sender. Well, i didnt collect cos it was not dropped off. I contacted the seller who had no idea where the parcel was and what was happening with it. They told me to contact UPS. Why should I? I didnt buy from UPS. Still no refund.

Do not order from this website! I ordered a hoodie on 11 December and got a dispatch notice the following day. Checked the tracking today (18th) which stated that the Item had not yet been handed to the courier. Queried this via the UA online chat to be told that my item ‘had been refused’ but no details as to why or by who. I would be refunded in the next 14 days!! I’ve had no emails or notification since the dispatch email. When I requested more information, I was told that they didn’t have any and they ended the chat! So I’ve no hoodie, no refund and no email updates. Stay clear!

Another fedex case and I have brought a bag for 50 and i was meant to sign for it which I have not… I will be going to the ombudsman and this company doesn’t seem to care it’s been over 48hours and I have not heard anything I wish picture could be uploaded as I have evidence of what the staff are saying when trying to get to the bottom of the Missing item

I was recently bought a hooded, weatherproof, under armour top as a present. For the price, it’s very poorly designed. You can buy proper outdoor kit for the price point, that is far superior in design and performance. The hood on this top has no means of tightening it, meaning it just blows straight off in a medium breeze. Pathetic. Under armour customer ‘service’ couldn’t care less that it isn’t fit for purpose

Would give minus stars if I could. Purchased trainers discounted in the Black Friday sale. I was sent two different sized shoes (both incorrect), and the trainers hadn’t even been finished being made! Customer service abysmal. They won’t exchange them 🥴. Will only refund and let me re-purchase. Meaning I now have to pay 25% more because they are no longer on Black Friday sale. Safe to say I won’t be repurchasing, and will be returning all of the items I purchased and not just the trainers.
