I got my package very fast and gonna use it. I will tell you guys how I feel after I use!!

Took some time to come.. however very happy with the cream!
After the first week, there were no signs of improvement… I remained patient and kept applying the cream everyday.
2 weeks in and I am finally seeing results- almost healed!

When I ordered this product I was signed up for a monthly subscription which I was unaware of until I received an email informing me. The product took 2 weeks to arrive and was completely useless. I emailed them several times to tell them that I did not want a subscription. They still attempted to take the money from my card but, thankfully, my bank refused the payment. Do not order from this company.

After reading the reviews I was still hesitant. It's been two weeks and the redness has completely gone.

Agree with other reviews , my order never received, cannot contact the company and was led straight into subscription, which hopefully I have cancelled. A scam of a company, wish I hadn't looked at the cream.

BEWARE I bought this product in an alleged offer but found it had tied me into a subscription which I didn’t want. Firstly the cream didn’t work - it’s no better than any I’ve tried before. Secondly I have tried twice now to cancel the unwanted subscription by emailing the contact given because the url fails when trying to manage your subscription. Complete scam so I’ve removed my payment details.

A scam never arrived cannot contact. Do not use!

I ordered this buy one get one free in the uk weeks ago. Never heard another word from them. I can't use the contact form as I dont have an order number.

I agree with the other review. Don’t bother buying it or trying it. This is a scam. It took a fortnight for the cream to arrive. It is way smaller than expected and it does not have the same name on the packaging. It is NOT American as claimed its from China.
It does NOT do what it claims, and after 3 days of clear skin, before I started using the cream, and then using the cream for three days the rash is back!

Firstly, this company Undercare appears to claim to be American - which of course might be true. However, the product they are selling is made in China and ships from China (delivery to me in the UK took 12 days). The product (which has a different name to that advertised on the website) might prove to be effective (I shall update in the future) but the total lack of communication from whomever is in charge of customer service is really poor. I needed to cancel a subscription that I had taken out in error. 3 emails later, I still had no reply, so I had no option but to contact my card provider to ensure no more payments would be taken by the company. When a company says "no commitment, cancel anytime", I really shouldn't have to do that...

Update - April 19th; the cream definitely did not work for me. It didn't dry as the sellers claimed it would - and there has been no difference in my symptoms. Interesting that after ignoring all my emails, the company finally let me know that my subscription had been cancelled (but probably only after they had tried to take another payment from my credit card which I had cancelled as a precaution. I was then asked to give them some feedback and let them know why I had cancelled! Avoid this company.
