Horrible experience and ill fitting bras from China.
Worst online shopping experience ever. These people are clueless. I ordered three bras, two were too small so I sent them back and ordered them in a larger size. A few weeks later I got an email saying one of the bras I returned had deodorant marks on it and therefore could not be returned, so did I want the bra returned to me for a cost of $10.50? What!?!? So are we not supposed to try the bras on? I get it's not ideal that I sent a bra back with deodorant on it - I should have wiped it off, but I genuinely didn't see it. It's really hard to try dark things on and not get deodorant on them. It's really easy to get deodorant off.
BTW - the bras come from China. They probably cost the company like $5 each. But rather than return the bra and refund me (knowing that I had two other bras on the way to me), they refused. I will be sending back the other two bras I ordered and I'll never order from this company again. I've told so many people about this experience and everyone is appalled!
It'll cost Understance more for the two new bras I'm returning on their dime, than it would have cost them to refund me the one I tried to return in good faith. And not to mention all the bras I would have bought in the future. This goes to show how ridiculous they are being about returning the bra.
So then, after I sent an email saying how ridiculous this all was, they offered me a store credit and said they'd donate the bra to charity. Again, what? This latest solution leaves me still angry AND costs them money. They are clueless. This company won't last.
