Have just sold my late brother’s flat through Under the Hammer, and I would like to say what great service I received from them, especially Dominic McLoughlin who I dealt with.
He was always there for advice, explained what was happening really well, and always tried to help, a credit to the company.

Advertised and sold to me property without any check and in the end had to go to Court as it was a froud and I lost my deposit.
They don't feel any responsibility to refund 3.5k also they took first of all.!!!!

Deposits are managed in accordance with the terms agreed between the buyer, seller, and their respective legal representatives. We also refute any suggestion of fraud on our part.
At all times, the property was marketed based on the information provided to us, and buyers are strongly advised to carry out their own due diligence and obtain independent legal advice prior to committing to a purchase. As is standard practice, this includes confirming title, ownership, and any legal issues through a solicitor.
