Used washing machine purchased recently
Price was great. Delivery was on time. There was a minor mechanical issue with the machine but staff were helpful with troubleshooting and then scheduling a warranty call. Warranty service call was prompt and now everything works perfectly. I'm glad I found this place and have already recommended them to others.

Our fridge stopped working a few days before Christmas.
I purchased another through Undervalue Appliances. They delivered on Christmas Eve...perfect timing! I'm pleased with the fridge. I truly appreciate the prompt service and follow up. The delivery guys were great! I couldn't ask for better. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase through them again.

Excellent Customer Service
The website was easy to navigate. Good Descriptions on the Washing Machine I bought. Very helpful customer service - even when I called and asked all the questions that were answered in an after-purchase email that I did not see first. Delivery was on-time and they were very careful not to damage my home or the new washer.

FABulous customer service! Well worth my purchase!!
FABulous customer service!! All my questions were answered promptly and effectively, and the business owner was very gracious although I am sure I was being a pest with my questions!
The delivery guys were prompt and efficient and so wonderful even though they were working in pouring rain!! They were well worth a good tip to both gents.

They just made a repeat customer of me.
I love the appliance that I purchased and the price was amazing. It's in excellence condition. I was contacted the next day for delivery that day. The men delivering the appliance were respectful, helpful, and quick. Within a few minutes my old device was removed and the new one installed. I'm already thinking about going there to replace another appliance. I've been telling others about Undervalued Appliances.
