We are a small business in Cornwall and our Online Team is made up of myself and two new members of staff; we do our best to reply to any issues/enquiries as soon as possible as we believe one of the benefits from ordering from a smaller company should be better customer service and I am so sorry that you feel we have failed you on this occasion.
