These shoes are not what I was expecting at all. If you have tried HOKA, Clove, or OnCloud then these shoes will feel vastly inferior. They provide very little support & they are terrible if you work 12 hour shifts as a healthcare worker. I’m convinced that the good reviews on here are bots because this company has a terrible return policy (probably bc a lot of people want to return them). I was told that I could not return them because I had worn them to work one time. Please stay away from Uni and save your hard earned money.

We purchased a pair of UNI’s for my father-in-law who is experiencing balance issues that were complicated by the spongy, soft soled, bulky running shoes he was wearing. One week in his UNI’s and he is amazed by how the shoe has helped him feel more stable on his feet. He notes the difference as “remarkable!”

I bought this shoes as a Rn student and working in dialysis for 10-13 hours on my feet wirh good hopes. I was excited about the fluir resistance the most since I work with fluids all day. I tested it as soon as I got it and my socks were soaked!!!! It is not fluid resistance AT ALL and the worse part my feet started hurting and is day two and now my back hurts from wearing these shoes! For the price I payed it is NOT worth it. I could have bought so many 30 dollar shoes that I used to wear before this! Now I am stuck with this uncomfortable shoes!!!

I bought the shoes paid the extra R150 for fast delivery. Found that the shoes was delivered at the wrong address. Whatsup them to find more information they said it’s RAM couriers responsibility and it’s been 5 days no response from them I messaged them all the time and they just don’t come back to me. What about the money I paid for fast delivery they need to refund me but keep ignoring my calls. Give them 2 star and I have not even received the shoes yet.

Very uncomfortable, zero arch support. Tried them out at the hospital for about an hour, could tell they are no bueno on those hard hospital floors. Company won't return them if you try them out anywhere other than your home, even if indoors, and still look brand new. Don't cut your tag off! Really doesn't make sense to me since they are designed for working nurses, chefs, etc, how you'd know if they will be comfortable or not??? Don't waste your money, disappointed in this company and their return policy

Day 3 into the program and I have already automated customer responses that used to take me an hour daily. That alone is worth!

I was hesitant in buying these shoes mainly because of some remarks about the slip resistance from others. I work in a restaurant with plenty of water/grease collecting in the back kitchen area. I’m a server so plenty of fast walking. There were a few hiccups here and there the first day. Second day however VERY noticeable difference—in a great way. I’ve worn plenty of slip resistance shoes before. Sometimes they take a week to break in the soles.
Comfort wise 10/10! I just unloop the top two holes for the laces. More lace length and extremely comfortable for me. Very fluid shoes for my plantar fasciitis I’ve been dealing with.
Design 10/10. Favorite look for slip resistance shoes I’ve own. I have the mid tops.
The sizes run very true. I had a pair of Snibbs Spaceforce 2.0. Great shoe but the 9.5 was too tight for me. Should’ve gotten a 10 there. The 9.5 for the mid top Uni is perfect though! Just enough toe space. Don’t see the need to size up if you’ve fit in 9.5s before. The wide toe box is much more comfortable than toe boxes in other shoes also.
Definitely would recommend this shoe to anyone on the fence.

First off, this is an honest review. I don’t work for any shoe company, I’m a CNA. Secondly, I’ve been spoiled wearing Hoka Bondi’s for years on concrete floors. I’m not here to tout Hokas, I’ve just gotta say this about the UNIs since they cost me $163 shipped: IMO, these UNI shoes do nothing special in terms of feel on the foot, or cushion walking on hard floors. They are just kinda ‘there’. Like said in last review, I wore them 4 hours, they ‘fit’ my feet, but I wanted out of them and back into my 1 1/2 year old Bondis. I put Superfeet insoles into UNIs, helped a little, added Spenco insoles underneath the Superfeet. No go. Won’t be wearing Unis for CNA work. Likely end up wearing them for mowing the lawn, etc.

This is an honest review. I have not been contacted by Uni or compensated in any way. I know that people may be skeptical, I was, so I wanted to put this out there. After a year of working as an RN Apprentice on a medsurg floor and attending nursing school full time, there is barely any loss of tread or wear on the soles. There are a few small stains, but after a year I’d be shocked if there weren’t. I have venous insufficiency, and deal with swollen calves and feet, and the wider toe box has been a God send. Overall, I would give my Unis a 10/10 for comfort, endurance, and style. I’m not going to lie. The price was scary. I’ve never spent close to what I paid for these shoes, BUT they were worth EVERY penny. They are definitely an investment in your health. I’m saving up for Paloma now!

I ordered the shoes on a Thursday because I needed them ASAP. They were delayed by over a week and I only found out by emailing customer service. When the shoes arrived they were almost too small, and they didn't feel like they were supporting my foot at all, which is one of the main features they market this shoe with. They say their shoes are for people who have to stand all day, but there was so much pressure on my heel that I ended up having to leave work early because I couldn't stand up in these shoes without being in pain. I gave these shoes a second chance today with some new insoles that I know work for me, and they did feel a bit nicer to wear, but after a while it felt like my foot was being cooked in an oven despite their website describing these shoes as breathable. I went to write a review on their site, but the option to write a review is conveniently not present, despite their being many alleged user reviews. Their return policy is draconian, and you can only buy their shoes from their own site where they control the reviews. Buyer beware.

I ordered a pair of shoes but never got the shoes. This is a scam company; do not fall for this web buying junk from China.

Shoes fit perfectly; go by their recommendations of going up if you are a half size!

Worst company ever. In November 2024 we ordered UNI shoes for a Christmas gift for our daughter-in-law. They did not arrive until 24th and were not the correct size so we had to return with $20.00 shipping cost asking for a n exchange of style & size and to ship them to our daughter-in-law who lives 2 hours away from us. When the correct size was received they again were not true to size and impossible to wear. We decided not spend another $20 shipping to to try a third time so we decided to request a return for a refund. The request was refused and now we are stuck with a pretty pair of shoes that we have no idea whose feet they would fit. Buyer beware!!!

Shoe is wide but flat on top so a slight slope of the big toenail makes them uncomfortable and painful. There isn't enough cushion or support in the sole. I'm a true size 6 and found the shoe to be too snug. I didn't walk much with them due to the strict return policy, which I find as ridiculous. Worse yet, they make you pay for the return or for a membership to be eligible for free returns. 2 stars are for the material that looks resistant to sharps and fluids. Lastly, they promote these shoes for their stylishness and the material used, but not so much for the comfort. Probably because there's nothing out of the ordinary in this respect.

Unfortunately for me, I have very bad feet. I had to return them, and I’m pretty sad about it. These shoes were incredible. The immediate feeling from them, is that they’re indestructible. The soles are designed, not for complete comfort, but for standing on them all day and having even weight distribution. The texture felt as though no liquid would pass through even if pressure was applied. IMPORTANT - If you would like to try them, and still have the opportunity to return them like I did, leave the tag on the shoes and do not get them dirty. They have a very strict return policy. Luckily, even though I didn’t meet the requirements, a very nice representative named Loftin understood my situation and helped. I highly recommend these shoes.

The shoes was very uncomfortable and I was only on my feet for four hours the first day. For the price that I paid, I shouldn’t have to buy insoles for cushions since there is no refund once worn. I may just give it away free to someone else. Also it’s not a non slip shoes as I hoped it would be since so many reviewers said they use it for hospitals and restaurants setting. I wish the company would offer a 30day money back guarantee. I will stick to my usual Shoes For Crew for work shoes moving forward.

Very comfortable work shoe. I'm on my feet for up to 12 hours. After work, my feet and knees still feel fine. The only issue with the high top is the ankle area. If there was some cushion, this would be a five star shoe.

The shoes arrived in a timely manner I am extremely pleased. They fit perfectly and are the nost comfortable shoes. I work retail and am on my feet all day

Shoes are great, very comfortable and don’t have to worry about my feet getting wet or slipping. Quality is amazing, highly recommend these shoes for work.
