Long-term customer, last order was a shock
I had been ordering from this company for many years, which makes my last experience especially disappointing.
I sent physical label samples in advance to avoid any mistakes. However, the manager, Marlon Kusters, was rushing to go on vacation and finalized the order without explaining the critical difference between laser cutting and die-cutting. As a result, I received thousands of labels with white borders that are completely unusable for my product.
After that, I was forced to wait for the manager to return from vacation. When I asked for a solution, he raised his voice at me during a phone call, and later I was accused of “pressure” and my account was blocked. This behavior is absolutely unprofessional.
⚠️ Conclusion: the company shifts responsibility onto the client and does not take accountability for its own mistakes. Be very careful before placing an order.
