After looking into this, we found that the driver attempted to pick up your order but the store requires a valid photo ID for third-party pickup. Both the store and the driver tried to reach you but unfortunately unable to get through and didn't hear back from you. Your order is still safely at the store waiting for you. I’m sorry to give this one star but the delivery person dropped the meat off in front of the house and didn’t ring a doorbell or an intercom and just left it there.
If we didn’t have cameras at the house we wouldn’t have known it was there. That’s just unacceptable
In response to your reply, our security team viewed the cameras and confirmed there was no attempt to ring the door or contact the client directly. Moving forward we will no longer use this delivery service.

After looking into your order, we can see that the driver did attempt to ring the doorbell and also tried to reach out to you directly — unfortunately there was no response at the time. Since the delivery instructions only requested a clear photo upon drop-off, the driver proceeded accordingly after making those attempts. That said, we completely understand how concerning it is to have a perishable delivery left outside without knowing it is there. Going forward, we recommend adding specific instructions to wait for a response or to contact you directly so we can make sure every delivery is handled exactly the way you need it.

First time using Unihop. It worked great. I could not find a way to deliver candy to my sister in time for her birthday, not even door dash or grub hub. But Unihop did it. I placed the order and the driver picked up the candy from her local candy store and delivered it to her at just the right time. Happiness delivered.

Update
It’s frustrating that I’m updating my review less than 24 hours after praising UniHop, but today’s experience was the complete opposite.
The biggest issue with this company is the inconsistency. One day everything goes perfectly, and the next it’s a complete disaster.
I scheduled an ASAP delivery at 12:10 PM, yet I wasn’t assigned a driver until 2:57 PM—nearly three hours later. This wasn’t just an inconvenience; it was a time-sensitive delivery that had to be completed by 4:00 PM, and the destination was over an hour away. It was obvious the order would arrive well past the promised time.
Now I’m left having to refund my client the delivery fee because of UniHop’s delay, and there’s even the possibility that she may refuse to accept the order altogether. That’s a direct financial loss and reflects poorly on my business, even though the delay was completely outside of my control.
To make matters worse, I contacted customer support hoping they’d make things right. Instead, I got one of the most inconsiderate chat representatives I’ve dealt with, who simply repeated the same scripted response over and over. I asked for a discount or credit since I now have to absorb the cost of their delay, and all I was told was that they “have to investigate it.”
If you’re going to advertise an ASAP delivery option, then it should actually be ASAP. Waiting almost three hours just to be assigned a driver is not ASAP by any definition. If you don’t have the driver availability to support the service, then don’t offer it. It’s misleading and causes serious problems for businesses that depend on timely deliveries.
I genuinely wanted to continue recommending UniHop after my last experience, but the inconsistency and lack of accountability when things go wrong make that very difficult.

The worst 3rd party delivery service…
The worst 3rd party delivery service out there stay away from this business. Their customer service is extremely unprofessional and never fail to get rowdy and aggressive when reaching out via chat support, they hire uber, lyft and other platform driver to do their deliveries some driver are completely unaware that unihop even exists!! how crazy is that? this business is a scam ripping off businesses and poor drivers. Ill be escalating this further im done dealing with such unprofessional and rude service. Its funny how these guy are so fast to be rude to its customer but reply so quick to a negative reviews always trying to brush under the rug, i will not provide extra info i will reach to Kyle, the owner instead
