The best services & customer support.
I have been using Unihost for 6 months now.
This is the best provider I worked with so far.
The help support is far above any service I had experienced in the past : they have a H24/24 chat online on the site, and you are not talking with a bot but with a real tech support that will help you out.
The team is super friendly, responsive, competent, and the service quality is the best.
I had a few ups & downs, or specific request sometimes and they always had responded present to help me out with it, to find a way around, or a solution.
This company is built different than others.
They actually are close to their customers and take care of them.
I highly recommand them, they are the very best on the market, with very competitive prices.

Can't recommend them, horrible service
Can't recommend them, we bought dedicated server from them which was with instant delivery as they said, they delivered us that server BUT it's not working and now we are trying to reach them using ALL possible ways (skype, mail, telegram,tickets) and they don't reply us for more then 12 hours, BUT they say that support is 24/7 but that's not true!

Sorry, but we checked chats, tickets, calls and orders for the last week and did not find any requests from you. Moreover, for the same period of time there are no undelivered or problematic orders, as well as missed support requests.
However, we have found your profile registered recently. Based on the information in your profile, you have no orders, no active services, no payments, no requests in chats, tickets, Skype or Telegram. We have already sent you an email from Customer Care to make an operative contact with you, identify and solve the issue.
Could you tell us in reply when and in which channel the requests were made, we will try to help and solve the problem as quickly as possible. Perhaps you have another account. In this case, please write to tell us from this account about the problem in any way convenient for you.

Not recommend at all. My creadit card wasn't changed and ... I'm long term client that was working with tehm more than a year. They have a very stupid policy regarding unpaid servers. Be ready that in 3 days if invoice is not paid - they stop the server and after 4 days they will delete WHOLE data.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. To make things clear, we would like to mention that when the server is getting suspended, the notification is sent to your registration email. We are always glad to provide a grace a period to our customers in case they let us know if there will be a payment delay or another issue.
In your case, we didn’t receive any notifications or updates to postpone the payment and the server was blocked, lately - deleted as we didn’t hear from you.

Bad Company, they don't support very well and there is very so much network problems specially in dedicated server. we suggest not to buy servers form this company.

However, it is worth mentioning that there were multiple instances where our Terms of Service were not adhered to, which unfortunately led to some disruptions. The Unihost team efficiently and most importantly, quickly set up my remote server, which had been struggling with importing a large file. They also provided a report on the changes made, enabling me to handle this information in the future. I highly recommend them for collaboration!

Team at unihost are great. Moved my server to them as was pay 5 x cost with a different host. The team at unihost helped get my server up and running in no time and when i was having issues with my URL not pointing the server they were very quick in helping me solve the issue.

Понимаем ваше беспокойство относительно передачи личных данных, и хотим заверить вас, что наши процессы верификации разработаны с учетом строжайших стандартов безопасности. При работе с данными клиентов мы руководствуемся законами EU, в частности General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Данные требуются исключительно для подтверждения личности и удаляются сразу после завершения проверки.
Нам очень жаль, что вы столкнулись с трудностями при прохождении процедуры compliance и мы не смогли принять ваш заказ.

Абсолютно конченное ублюдочное поделье на бизнес. Обычные хецнеровые барыги, которые не несут ни за что ответственности и обмениваются моими тикетами с реальным датацентром.
Прайс как минимум х2 от хецнера.
Не советую к использованию даже на этапе разработки.

Great experience!
We rented some GPU servers to perform tests for an SAS platform we were developing. I was pleasantly surprised by the premium support offered by both the integrated chat tool and the ticketing system. The Unihost team was up to the task, solving all our requests in record time and, in addition, they were kind enough to advise us to choose an optimal solution that would ensure the scalability of the service. The availability of the requested equipment, their placement in top data centers and the support provided, made me give this five-star rating.

В свою очередь можем сказать, что все оборудование, которое мы предоставляем размещается в датацентрах согласно промышленных стандартов Tier 3/4 с гарантированной работоспособностью и отказоустойчивостью. Конкретно вы арендовали Fujitsu Primergy, абсолютно актуальное по аппаратной части решение, которое сложно назвать старым.
Также мы не несем ответственности за настройку (оптимизацию) клиентом специфического ПО для проведения тех или иных вычислений (в т.ч. майнинга).
Альфия, хотели бы обратить внимание, что с вашей стороны не было создано обращений в нашу техническую поддержку по поводу неудовлетворительной работы сервера. Вероятно, впоследствии своевременного обращения к нам результат имел бы обратный характер. Если вы посчитаете нужным – мы на связи 24/7 и всегда будем рады помочь вам.
