The service, the quality and the promptness of delivery.

Very friendly service and great print quality.

Especially the finish on the corners is very good.

I placed my order three weeks ago through Craftcloud thinking I would have it about a week later. Their techs were very helpful in advising problematic parts of my print that I was able to fix with their guidance, and production was only set back a few days. All fine.

That is where my good experience ended. My package went missing for whatever reason, and they were very slow to give me any updates--only responding to one of my queries. I was last told they were reprinting my order, and have not heard any updates since despite multiple attempts to reach out.

Be very wary of ordering with them if you have a tight deadline, as the window for me needing these parts is closing rapidly and I am regretting my decision to choose Unionfab.

All went well, my parts were quickly manufactured and delivered! Thank you.

Unionfab is great! I use Unionfab's 3D printing services to create metal sculptures that aren't otherwise possible. They always give feedback to make sure the design is optimized for printing, and their website keeps a great timeline of my projects from start to finish. They're very communicative, prices are reasonable even for metal printing services, and I love what I'm able to accomplish artistically with their services. I highly recommend, especially to artists because when I started out, I wasn't able to find as many 3D printing services that offered DMSL/SLM metal printing and were willing to work with art-based designs. Unionfab has so far, and I've been very happy with the results!

After I added Her's WhatsApp, I thought it could help and more convenience for me to communicate with them and understand my inquiries.

My experience:
1. After I uploaded my files into the platform, it's really easy and simple to tell them what I need, and I can get quotation faster. 1 Star

2. After few days, I am following the status with them, I got the pictures of my project printed done. As well as consignment noted provided to me. 1 Star

3. I asked them it is possible to lower down the figured for customs declaration, she said YES.
Unfortunately, I get taxed after declaration because they put total figure in platform. I am asking and I get an answer that I not so happy.
Answer: I didn't put any remark when I placed my order~ Hoho - 3 Star

This was my second time using it.
As with the first time, I am very satisfied with the unit price and delivery date.
Regarding the delivery date, it was very speedy and helpful.
I would like to use it again in the future.

I was surprised and put off by the extremely low prices, and sometimes the offers of free parts, but I thought it was worth trying $20 at Unionfab, and I was not disappointed. I did their metal 3D printing service and I got my part super quick, I am looking to CNC some parts in the future and will use Unionfab for it most likely! Better customer service than most American companies, and cheaper too.

We were looking for a 3D model of the product to present to our customers and potential customers. My experience with Unionfab was great, from the initial quote process to communicating with the sales team, making the purchase, and after the purchase. We look forward to further relationships with Unionfab.
