Eddie did an amazing job fitting a whole new bathroom to an superb standard, and in such a short period of time. He is a genuinely nice man with an extensive knowledge in various subjects and is happy to give advice. Thank you again Eddie :)

Eddie managed (and completed) our ensuite rip out / refit in November 2020. In three short weeks the transformation was incredible, from a tired 10 year old ensuite to a modern hotelier style fit. Eddie is a hard working man and really knows his stuff in the business, he was always ensuring we double checked final things and his attention to detail is second to none. I really enjoyed being able to make final decisions on layouts / installations and it made the process a whole lot smoother as we always knew the decisions made were not only for our peace in mind but to save more work or labour down the line with no surprises at the end. I am looking forward to our next house project already and know who i will be calling!

Eddie completed our bathroom rip out and refit in the time agreed. He was always punctual and worked very long hours to ensure this happened. He was very tidy and ensured all was cleared up at the end of the day.Always had a smile, and would suggest alternatives should that be needed. Eddie was brilliant with our bathroom redesign. He knew exactly what we would like when we explained our tastes. We had not seen (except in pictures) any of the fittings but we were happy to trust his taste and we were correct to do so. Absolute attention to detail and worked long hours to get the job done. Eddie is a delightful individual with great foresight along ideas for design. We “just” wanted a new shower installed but this involved moving the tank into the loft, positioning the shower central to a circular window and coping with a concrete floor. I never saw anything close to irritation when we changed a little bit here and there. We are delighted with the result and would thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent service from Eddie in refurbishing en suite shower room. Worked extra hours to get the job done, important advice when new things emerged that needed extra attention and imaginative in saving and re-using existing things (like shower cubicle door) to limit cost.

Unique Bathroon Design installed a beautiful bathroom (walk in shower etc) for my elderly mother who had trouble getting in her current bathroom due to her condition. Edward is so kind and considerate and looked after her from start to finish. She felt safe and I felt safe with him working at her house. I would highly recommend Edward as he is trust worthy, kind and knows his products and exactly fits them to the budget He is also very hard working and honest. As I’m his wife you would automatically (and maybe rightly so) think i’m going to be a little bias, but after telling me he’d just set his trust pilot up I wanted to express my mums feelings to what he has done as she’s not capable herself and to be the first. He has asked me to delete this and maybe at some stage I might and after reading the above from his customers I believe it seems right to share with others his geniality.
