I've used Unit Exchange a number of times over the years. Today they came out to me within 10 minutes of my call. Yes there was a nominal charge but it was very reasonable. He got me started and I followed him back to his premises where he fitted my new battery. No dramas just reliable efficient service from a friendly person

We had never hired from Unit Hire before, but Lisa made the process amazing. Although we faced delivery issues during the first attempt, Lisa worked closely with our team to resolve them. We recommend ensuring that the haulier is satisfied with the site arrangement. Currently, we are in the process of ordering more containers for our second site.

I had never used Unit Hire before and I have to say that the experience was so easy and pain free, from Lisa in the office being super helpful and lovely, sourcing me what i needed, to the delivery guy being very patient and helpful with an awkward delivery.
I cannot recommend highly enough.

I have bought from Unit Hire in the past and was very happy with the containers and service so when I needed more containers I went back to them. Jamie arranged the delivery of the containers and they were to be stacked in a restricted space. I could not be there in person when they were delivered but I spoke to the delivery driver, sent photos of the other containers that they were to be stacked on. I arrived later that day to find the 2 containers in place and my staff said that they were delivered without any fuss. The containers were single use and like new.

I ordered some bespoke reefer containers from Unit Hire, Matt dealt with the manufacturer, provided scale drawings and then images once completed.
Very easy to deal with & Matt was super helpful, arranged all the transportation and siting of the 3 x 40ft reefers at my customers premises.

Unit Hire were great to do business with, offering the most competitive deal with a reliable, "as promised" delivery schedule.
The most impressive element however, was having the pleasure of dealing with Matt Lennox from the sales department. What an absolute asset he is, nothing was too much trouble & his professionalism combined with extensive product knowledge made for a superb experience. He is one genuine, personable guy & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend contacting him with your enquiry.

Good value, good communication, good delivery

We were kept up to date on the progress with pics and our new office unit was resprayed in our company colours, refurbed with electrics where we needed, new window added, placed on site with pinpoint accuracy... I could not recommend their service higher, big thanks to Danny and the team :)

Excellent service from the first enquiry to the point of delivery. The logistics company were also excellent and the container quality is first class.
