I compared various options and the one from Unity through the dealer was the best in terms of flexibility, APR and monthly payments. All the documents were signed online, it was easy and convenient.

Change of direct debit date each month. I have complained about a number of things and have been ignored. One of which included the company I am paying warranty for no longer active, however the monthly direct debit price has not changed.

I can see that you have not created an account for the online portal. Please note that we do not finance warranties and we would encourage you to contact the supplying dealer directly to discuss this further.

Quick and efficient at sorting out the finances to buy my car, I do like the messages they send to remind you your payments will be taken out on a perciffic date it's great. I have not had to call them so I cannot comment on how they would deal with any problems.

Really helpful when setting up the account and payment terms. I always get a reminder well in advance of the payment coming out of my bank and there was no issue when I wanted to change my payment date.
