The whole thing from start to finish was quick it only took five days and I was really a pleasure.

This is what I sent to my contractor (for the project that I now have to cancel because of this BS "Loan"). "You guys and I have not been properly informed before I processed that loan.
1) it was a hard pull on my credit not a soft pull.
2) the loan that I was forced into paying off instead of you guys is being paid by CHECK! which will take 3-4 weeks for them to get and process. My loan payment that was supposed to be paid off with this new loan is due tomorrow so next month I’ll have to get my bank to issue me a refund for the over paid loan since I have to pay it so that it’s not late.
3) I am not able to cancel just that part of the loan which will not be fully funded for another 3 weeks. (At least, if the check doesn’t get lost in the mail)
4) They already processed a statement for me to pay the new loan that has not been fully funded.
5) And they are making me notify my bank where that check is being sent to have them send the check back to them and have them send me proof that they are sending it back and then I have to send that proof to this new loan funder. But they won’t let me jump through those hoops to cancel just that part of the loan.
6) I have to cancel the full loan by the 10th if I don’t like this process or I’ll be charged $258 to cancel after the 10th."

Geting the loan was easy took less than 10min. They get back to you was approved in two days it was funded straight to my bank accout the intrest was ok a little more than i expected the payments are are low i would recament anyone looking for a loan to contact Upgrade

I would have done a five star but when I did the processing of the loan it said no processing fee but when the loan was deposited in my account it took more than $90 for a fee. But after loan was in processing it said a fee. When I looked at it yesterday, it still says the same thing, no fee. That is false advertising
