Great experience, great product

This was my first time using Universal Chemist, and I am so grateful for it. I was having trouble getting a medication approved by insurance, and once I found the website I was scared it was too good to be true. I even had a pharmacist I know check it out, and she spoke with someone at the company who was incredibly kind and helpful. I've now completed my course of the medication and am feeling so much better. I'll definitely use Universal Chemist again.

I was referred to this website by a friend and appreciate the ease of use to buy needed items. Pros: Excellent product assortment and prices. Cons: No shipment status notifications. This was my first order, so now I know about how long it takes (several weeks). But I will order from them again.

I have placed 2 orders with a minor issue with the 1st order, but eventually everything arrived. Shipping costs have doubled since the 1st order and it took just as long to receive. The customer service responds promptly and is very friendly. Overall happy with universal chemist.

My order came as promised. I have only just started using the products (hydroquinone cream to lighten age spots and a lash enhancer) so I cannot speak to the success of the products.

The product works well. Shipping took 3.5 weeks, but came from overseas, so this is very reasonable in my mind. This was my second time ordering; same experience both times.

I ordered two items a month and a half ago to ship to Australia and still waiting. Back then I received a notification that the item was mailed (without tracking info). I emailed customer service this week and they have said the order was sent recently which is contradictory to the first email. Which one is it!?!?!know my order will eventually come but I do not appreciate being lied to. Never using this site again.

Update 10/04/23 -------

I have received my order after 2 months. I had paid for 2 x Retino-A Cream 0.05% but received 3x Tretiheal 0.05%. I understand this may be similar products at the same percentage but it is not what I have requested. The reason I'm concerned is that I have sensitive acne-prone skin and have loved, trusted and used Retino-A brand for years.
