Fast response and shipping. Will definitely order again

I ordered from Universal Chemist because they were the only place that allowed me to pay by PayPal. Despite the issues of Covid in India, I received my parcel and was kept informed of the situation the whole time by the owner Rajesh Rajesh provided an exceptional customer service. Honest and very reliable. The products I ordered were very well packaged, authentic and had long expiration dates. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again.

This is one of the best business I've used in a long time,,,so glad I found this site,,, alittle of a wait maybe month and 1/2,,,my items were wrapped very well,,, he always answer everyone of my emails,,, I'm always leery about this sites but this one,,,to me he's the best...

The delivery was very fast, it took only 17 days to come from India to NYC. The package was intact and all the items were brand new. The customer service is great. I will definitely order again. 5/5

Seller agreed to refund and told me it was going to take one week ...a week later I find an email saying my order is now dispatched. When I confronted the seller, he then adds that I didn't pay for the extra drugs that I ordered on to of existing order when I told him no cancel my entire order. Parcels arrived and there was no extra order in my parcel anyways. Seller is dishonest and makes up stories. I would not buy from this place again.

I so appreciate Universal Chemist! I have never had any issues with my deliveries to Arizona, USA. I know it has been difficult in India with the pandemic, but Rajesh has delivered excellent customer service as usual. My prescriptions are cheaper at Universal than with my insurance. Communication has always been great and delivered as promised!

I chose this site because I was only comfortable using PayPal and didn’t want to do a bank transfer, wire transfer, echeque or Bitcoin or any of that bs shenanigans.
I was very satisfied with the authenticity of the products I ordered. They were all brand new and legit. Packages were well packed and so far we only had one item that was delayed by customs, but it did arrive. COVID-19 delays vary by the week and I don’t blame the seller for delays he cannot control.
The difference in dealing with Universal Chemist than other online pharmacies is that the owner, Rajesh, provides exceptional customer service.
He answers every email quickly.
He will always do everything he can to make sure you get everything you need.
He will even call Indian & US Customs and USPS to chase up shipping delays.
If items are lost in the post then he will resend them to you at no extra charge.
He is completely reliable, honest and trustworthy.
This is the difference!
I wouldn’t use another online chemist now I know about this site, as nobody will be able to match the safety and reliability of buying from Universal Chemist.

Today is May 27 2021 and I received my order.
It is perfectly fullfilled and arrived in good condition.
It has been almost 7 weeks since I placed my order, but once it shipped, it only took a couple of weeks to get to the US/be delivered. (I am raising my review from 2 starts to a 5).
Fulfillment time was not horrible considering the immense stress that is going on with the Covid pandemic currently in India.
Rajesh provided excellent communication throughout the order process. He works very, very hard.

never ordering again. I still have not received my order (its March 9th) and I ordered it on February 8th. Good thing I paid $30 for shipping.

Shipping took a lot longer than I expected but it arrived and everything was exactly what I ordered

So I discovered this store on a forum online. I am usually wary of buying from online shops overseas. So I wasn’t too sure what to expect, but I decided to take a chance. They shipped fairly quickly and updated me with emails along the way. The customer service is amazing. He always gets back to me quickly if I have any questions. My order is currently stuck in customs though...it’s been there for almost a month. With the holidays, I hope it’s just delayed. This is out of the sellers reach. They did contact me assuring me that if it has been lost, that they can refund me or send another package.

Hoping it starts moving along soon, I was so excited to find the products I needed for the price they had!!
