Universal Eco Homes Group Ltd Reviews

After a bad start, first man who called was not professional at all - luckily second man was very good and very professional - workmen doing the job were very good, polite and cleared everything up when the job was done. Very pleased with the finished works.

The person who came to check the site was thorough and explained the procedure and preparation necessary.
The 2 people doing the actual work were thorough, and got on with the job. On the third day one of the staff was ill but the other (Gareth I think) managed to get someone else in for the day. It was clearly a nuisance to him but he dealt with it very professionally and did not complain at all.
They cleared up extremely well, which was a big relief to us, as the process was quite messy with so much moss cleared from the roof

The roof was cleaned and all the debris from the roof was cleared away and then the roof was coated. The guys explained what was happening and gave my wife and I a walk round explaining everything that had been done. Would definitely recommend

Clean ,compassionate , caring company .
Arrived on time ,carried out works . Reasonably costed . Kept up to date through out works.
Reassured my elderly parents , after Thier negative previous experience.

Can not recommend these people highly enough .
Thank you to all

Chris was very pleasent and explained everything as he went along. I feel that the installation has made a difference as the house does seem to be a little warmer.
I was impressed with Sammy in the office as she phoned to tellus that Chris had been delayed by traffic and would be late.

Roof clean and treatment. Does what it says on the tin, left spotless, including the neighbours driveway and car. Down pipes lifted and cleared. If it needs doing in the future, I know who I'll be calling!

They were prompt, very efficient, cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the results.

Roof looks like new. Staff were friendly and did a great job.

Finished job looks very nice. The guys doing the work were on time, polite. discussed each stage and respected my property. Tidied up nicely at end of job.

Would like to receive my certificate.

Chris applied a coating of Properla masonry creme to the outside of my detached house earlier today. Clearly he is very experienced at the task and completed it very professionally, with the minimum of fuss and was happy to explain how his work today will address the heat loss issue going forward which is due to dampness in the walls at the moment. I would certainly recommend this company.

The team arrived on time and cleaned and sealed the roof with Smartseal clear in a very professional manner. All together no complaints whatsoever.

Entirely satisfactory experience. The preparation and coating would appear to meet or exceed our expectations. The personnel were polite throughout, helpful and apparently efficient. The procedure was speedily and effectively carried out with minimum disruption to us. At this time the cost would appear to be money well spent.

They arrived on time, sorted out what was needed for this particular job.
The job involved a fair amount of mess which was cleared up before they left.
they were willing to explain and listen. I would use them again.

Work was carried out very professionally & efficiently . Very happy with the overall result !

The results of my roof being cleaned was absolutely brilliant, I told the team that the results exceeded my expectations of a 100-year-old Roof looking brand-new after one day. A fantastic service, really glad I spent the money on having this job done. My roof looks new. Rod

Very professional company, good communications, cleaning operators were brilliant, cleaned up afterwards and did an exceptional job, would recommend this company to anyone who requires their roofs cleaning.

Fantastic job! We are so pleased with our roof! Jena & Chris were so helpful and lovely, explaining everything beforehand. On the day Jay was a true professional, clean, tidy, polite and done a superb job. All roofs were completed to an exceptionally high standard! He even fixed my neighbour’s aerial for her. All roofs look brand new - outstanding job! Highly recommend.

Great company! Repainted our roof and cleaned the driveway. They did exactly what they said they would do, keeping us informed all the way . Customer service absolutely superb , and all staff friendly reliable and trustworthy . We are so happy with the final result ( why have it reroofed if the tiles are good , just dirty and faded?) . Really recommend Universal Eco Homes (The Roof Cleaning Experts)
