I got scammed
Paid $1.25 and did the service did not work. Which is fine, whatever. HOWEVER, I received a $45 charge 2 months later and then another $45 charge the month after. I had to cancel my card. Either they charged it or the storage of the payment data was insecure and taken from them. Glad I caught it when I did.
All attempted emails to reconcile this bounced

Total Scam. Advertised as a collection of free tools. When you upload a pdf ... you are told you need to pay a membership fee. Very deceptive. Any ones guess what they do with your data once they get it. AVOID!

Absolute scam that will take your money AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I followed every step the video on website indicates and not only did I not receive my pdf nor the password, I still paid and never got my money back. Every time I pressed download it would redirect me to the file sharing site where they supposedly would give me the pdf, I filled in the details and then once I paid I got redirected to other websites and when I came back to the website it asked me to start all over again. I contacted customer support a week ago and never even received a ticket to let me know if it was going to be processed. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM

Either they do not have the IT skills to get the client to the right place (to get the unlocked file or the password), OR they are a SCAM to get our credit card info OR they are a SCAM to get people to buy something else. The fact that they do not respond to the reviews is in itself a red flag.

The good reviews here are scams. By the time you get to the end, it asks for a credit card. Nice try.
Update #1: the reason they give for asking for a credit card is to prove you're an adult. Any minor who is so desperate to unlock a pdf that they're googling it can also figure out how to get a credit card they can use. 🙄
Update #2: I'm going to go ahead and decline the request for my personal info that this business used TrustPilot to try to give them. If I wasn't going to give it to you on your site, why would I do it here?
