Honestly, I feel quite foolish for ordering any product from this "company". Support is not existent, as no one provides help through the email provided. The phone number provided just rings and hangs up. The product was received with outdated instructions and instructed us to contact them with any issues, like an old ICCID code. However, as we established earlier, "Customer Service" does not exist. Save your money and time and avoid this company and their products.

Chip doesn't work. Emailed them 3 times and no response! Scam!

I purchased 2 unlock sim chips and they didn't work. I emailed the vendor 3 times and they didn't answer back. I called them 4 times (310-622-2801) the number on my credit card statement and they never answered. Gave them 12 days to respond and even sent back the unlock SIM chips. Lost money and time DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!

Yo, it works!!! Everything unlocked for me. I read the instructions and watched the YouTube video for good measure but didn’t have to. As soon as I put the SIM cards in, Turn the phone on and off then BOOM, it was set!!!! I would DEFINITELY refer this to my people. 👌🏾

Scam. Chip they sent did not even look like the one in the video. I contacted them but never received a response.

Does not work.
On the first try it went smooth i put the ICCID # they gave me, accepted it. I turned the phone off and on like the instructions said and when it came to activate it it said "SIM NOT SUPPORTED" after that every attempt has been a fail.!!! waste of money!!
if anyone knows of a GOOD UNLOCKING CARD FOR SPRINT IPHONE XR please let me know!

I ordered one for my iphone xr and when I put it in with the sim card, it didn’t even recognize the sim card at all, and it broke when I tried a kept trying to make it work! Don't waste your money!!!

I ordered the iPhone XS max chip it was the wrong one doesn't look anything like the chip in the video. I feel very scammed it's not right how these people are getting over on people. I haven't tried contacting them based off of all these other bad reviews I've read. Wish I would've read them before I made the purchase. Shame on me....👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I bought two of these devises. One works 100% and the other failed after a month. It's been more than a week now with no response to my emails. Out of sight out of mind...could be their policy.

Findings
I decided to check it my phone was due for an update and yes it did. After the update, the chip worked fine again without having to enter any numbers. So try updating your IOS if the chip stops working.

FACTS: Brought this product Nov. 11 2019. Paid $3.50 for expedited shipping, it wasn’t delivered until Nov. 18, 2019. Had issues with the iccid so I emailed the company Nov. 18, it’s Nov. 21 and still no response from a company that claims to respond in 48hrs. B4 you assume, I have a degree in computer science so I am technologically inclined.
SPECULATION: This seems to be a scam, I read plenty of outstanding reviews before the purchase of this product. I am very unhappy and will explore their returns policies b/c I was swindled.

Ordered the chip and then no longer needed it. Asked for instructions on how to return the chip and they would not respond. I know that they only provide 50% of the money back but I couldn't even get that! Horrible customer service.

unlockitrightnow.com is not a scam don’t listen to these people that rate them low their customer service is top notch and I was able to unlock an iPhone from sprint with no issues what’s so ever. So all the negative reviewers must not know what they are doing or are straight lying. I unlocked the my phone is 2 minutes tops. Thank you Unlockitrightnow you guys are the best.

This is a pure a Scam, and a rip-off, I ordered one and did not work, send a few emails never got a response, even made a few phone calls he answered and pretended like there was a bad connection after found out who I was. It is a shame we have a seller like this guy a nobody is doing anything to stop him.

Sooooo happy I just unlock an iPhone x from Sprint even the phone wasn't paid off yet the problem is that now I trying to get another R-SIM but It won't let me go to the check out

I just got this chip and it didn’t work at all. States 100% guarantee but that is just a scam. No return and no response back to the emails. All the people on this website that leave good reviews probably working for this company. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID, IT’S A COMPLETE SCAM & RIP OFF.
