Helpful Customer Service
When I signed up, I did not read all the fine print. I did not realize the $29.95 was going to be a monthly charge. When it showed up as a charge the second month, I called Customer Service. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. She cancelled my subscription immediately as I requested and I received a refund the next day.

Good solid information. Don't like the fact that
we are not warned again that after 3 days
it goes into a monthly charge. Should be advised a 2nd time for we elderly (and others) may miss this
