Shipping was easy—they provided a prepaid FedEx label, and I felt comfortable sending my items in. What really stood out was their transparency: they sent a video showing the unboxing, inspection, and pricing process. Along with that, they included clear documentation explaining how they arrived at their offer.

There’s no pressure either—if you don’t agree with the price, they’ll return your jewelry free of charge. If you do accept, the payment process is straightforward: just reply to the email, and the funds are deposited directly into your bank account via Stripe.

I was skeptical. I think this will sound like a paid review but it is not. I had a bracelet that a local jeweler offered me about $300. Unvault offered me over $800 after the platform fee.

The process was easy, the video analysis was really cool. I would totally do unvault again.

I have a sterling silver Amethyst ring with a center sleeping beauty turquoise stone with 4 diamond chips. I’ve seen it online for $145. They want to give me $19.00.

They got back to me very fast and kept me updated on receiving my jewelry, assessing it, and the price given and why. The $300 platform fee was a bit saddening to see but overall I’m very happy with the price I’m getting. It’s more than I was going to get had I sold it locally to be melted down.

I was a bit leary at first but they gave me an estimate from pictures I sent them and I ended up getting more because the gold weighed more when they actually received it. My monies came thru one day after I accepted the offer. I will do business with this company again!!!
