Unyfi have been class to be fair. They sorted all our waste and energy procurement and just made it easy, which is rare with this sort of stuff.
Thor was great – kept things simple, explained everything properly and actually felt like he was trying to get us the best deal rather than just ticking boxes.
Whole process was smooth, no hassle, and we’re saving money off the back of it. Can’t really ask for more. Would definitely recommend 👍

Great service, aways on the other end of the phone if there is a problem. They genuinely care about their customers and work really hard to offer the best support. Leagues above anyone else we've ever worked with.

Bin collection - The bin men could not collect the rubbish because the gate was locked on four occasions. This was our fault. On each occasion, the Unify team went out of their way to arrange collections on alternative dates. This required them to re-organise the driver schedules with the collection company which was not easy because we were in an awkward location. Excellent and professional service at all times

I use Unyfi for my energy contracts, card machines and waste and wouldn’t use anyone else. I was previously missold to by DOJO and Unyfi not only drastically reduced my costs but also provided me with better machines and proactive support.

Keen pricing and great service. Having been missold card machines previously I was recommended to Unyfi who provided me with significantly lower rates and better machines. I also made a large saving on my electricity contract through them.

Very professional service resulting in MUCH better deal with merchant services. Annoyingly just missed out with waste management provider because of recently signed contract but we’ll definitely be getting Unyfi to get us the best deal when the contract is up. Can happily recommend.

We've used Unyfi for a number of years in our business. Starting with their provision for utility services, before trusting them to broker our merchant terminal contracts, and waste management. We have consistently benefited from excellent customer service, and deals that have saved us thousands of pounds. Utilities, waste, and merchant fees have a major impact on our business, and are often difficult to navigate and trust the providers you work with. Overtime we consider Unify as partners, and an asset to our business.

We have used Unyfi for our Merchant Services at Calcott Hall Farm Shop for over 2 years. In that time, we have been approached by competitors and they haven’t been able to beat the rates we are charged by Unyfi. Not to mention, I can always just pick up the phone and speak to the same person at any point, rather than a call centre. The technical support for their terminals is great too.

5 stars all the way! Saved our business in the energy crisis! Big shout out to Tom even fixed our card machine while on holiday in Italy. Best in the business!
