I had issues with the engine when I first bought it, but after discussions with management problem was resolved with appreciation.

I was helped in a very efficient and timely manner. 5/5 would recommend to a friend.

They were very quick at answering and were very helpful in getting my payment through!

I spoke with Ella the customer service rep, she was very pleasant and professional with assisting me with my concerns about my product. Ella answered each of my questions and ensured that I pleased with my product and her service. I am a very satisfied customer and I would highly recommend the company.)

They are willing the help you out and they are fair and genuine . I don’t want to mess up the woman that helped on march 3 2026 around 1200 pm Aliya or Layla who ever she is she is great

About a year ago I was in a financial situation due to health issues. I also needed new tires badly. While researching my options I found UOWN! I now had a way to get new tires and not have to come up with the $600.00 all at once. Thank you.
I believe the woman at customer service was named Ella. Huge kudos to her. She made the one issue I had, a nonissue. Five stars to her outstanding service.

Very easy to make payments and many options for payment plans. Worked with Ella over the phone she was of great help. I wish that you had an app to make payments easier . Other than that no complaints from me

This company can't get it together. They've gotten my address wrong, payments wrong, taken extra payments, when they weren't entitled, and hung up on me for complaining. I've got all the receipts.
Beware! You've been warned.

When money was tight was nice to get new tires on payment.

This company is straight bs!!! They owe me money telling me it’s my bank when my bank is telling me it’s not on them , that Uown isn’t releasing my funds . They are full of lies and scams like their partners in crime Jask auto parts . Please do not deal with this company!!!!!!

The representative (Ella) today was very sweet amazing she listened even though I was a bit frustrated it her knowledge and confidence made assured me that all would be well she documented everything and was very patient thank u upon leasing looking forward to doing business with u in the long run !

I am writing this 2nd Review because I fulfilled my Obligation to finish and complete with in 90 days or better yet before 60 days and it feels so good. Thank you everyone "Uown financing, Daniel's Jewelry Company and most of all Trust Pilot with Special mention to Ms Cindy Borales the supervisor at Trust Pilot. I was in need of some new tires a couple months ago. I didn’t have hundreds of dollars to dish out at once. U own made it possible. I took advantage of the 90 days option buyout. My tires are paid. Thank you, again U own !

I was at the point to just surrender the riding mower i recently purchased with monthly payments. But I’m sure you know with the drought the water restrictions and now the fridged cold weather we’ve been having there’s just nothing to mow. Basically nothing to do if you’re in the lawn maintenance business that I’m in its just me and a helper but still nothing no work. Well Ella the person i spoke with gave me an offer i couldn’t pass up she actually worked with me and understood my situation. Thank you Ella you did a good thing. Long story short i still have my mower and when all this clears I’ll be mowing some grass. Amen
