I had a problem with my order and I contacted them by email. They responded immediately, multiple times, and took care of me immediately. I was very impressed!
Uproot customer service had very quick response times and was extremely helpful! They made the process of getting help with my broken clipper very seamless. They did not make me jump through lots of hoops to get support and they got back to my promptly the same day.
I am very impressed by customer service that was easy to contact and clarify my problem, them moving forward to solving it to my satisfaction. I was prepared for a long process and reluctance to replace a malfunctioning brush… not at all, it is already in the mail! And grooming can continue with the briefest of interruptions! Been so excited for a week to try this pet hair removing tool after seeing an ad. Finally arrived today. After about 5 minutes of use, I'm requesting a return/refund. It does not work on any of the three different types of carpet/rug I have. I have two long haired cats, and it doesn't even collect the fur I see, let alone scraping up embedded hair as the website claims. Tool is also deceptively small as compared with the images. Even if it did work as claimed, it would take a good hour to do even a small room. I guess I should have read the negative reviews more carefully; lots of people said that it doesn't work. They also say that customer service ignores you, but I'm hoping that doesn't turn out to be the case here. I'll come back and edit this when/if I get a response. SOOO disappointed.
Addition: they did allow me to return it, but even though it doesn’t work, I still had to pay the $16 return shipping. Steer clear of this company.
Uproot products are the best! From removing pet hair from my rugs and carpet to my sheets, I’m very pleased with their performance. Just ordered their washing machine cleaner.

What a damn nightmare. Ordered the kit plus a bag for around $200 on October 5. They took several days to fulfill the order but never actually contacted UPS. When I called after a week they didn’t know what happened, so they told me they fixed it. They never did. When I complained again that the tracking number was non-existent, they apparently shipped another one. That was October 13, and it’s not due for delivery in CA until October 21, more than two weeks after delivery.
I paid for priority shipping.
Why would a company send something via non-priority ground when they know they screwed twice already?
Two days ago I again asked for answers and also strongly asked to speak to a management representative. That last request has been met with complete silence.
I cannot tell you yet if the product of good, or if it was worth the wait. But given my absolute dependence on this - I can’t leave on my hiking trip until the pet care place can take her, and I can’t dk that until she is groomed.
So, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES buy this product direct from the manufacturer. Their shipping people just don’t do their basic job. Neither does their management team. If you really like their product, get it elsewhere.
Last point, their online support team have been [largely] responsive. They are polite and apologetic, but seemingly very ineffective. There’s no phone number to call to speak live with a human, if you do have a problem like mine.
If I could give a zero today, instead of one star, I would.

Customer Service (Janine) was so quick and so amazingly helpful. She helped me solve the suction issue I was having within 2 hours of me contacting them. It turned out that I had installed the filter upside down when putting everything together. My bad. She sent me a video to help me figure it out and I am now more than happy with the UPROOT PET GROOMING KIT.
They were quick to respond to an address change while being pleasant in the process. Thank you!
I have never had a better experience with customer service. I needed to cancel an order (no fault of the company out product, it was my bad) and they cancelled my order no questions asked and issued a refund the day I sent the email request.
Uproot clean products are amazing. They get the job done & my dogs love the uproot paws cleaner & so do I. I highly recommend their products!
I bought the Uproot system for my Golden Retriever a couple years ago. It was a great investment for maintaining her coat. I needed a replacement detangler. I contacted Uproot and they were great about getting me what I needed.
Great customer response. Quick reply expressing concern for my issue. Asked me what they needed to do to resolve the problem with my vacuum. And they did by getting a part out quickly to me. I love their product and my pet loves it too.

Welp, where to begin? Not only are the products AMAZING, the customer service team is PHENOMENAL! We ordered the OG grooming kit when it first came out before all the upgraded versions came out and we have been using it to keep our pupper looking sharp and handsome without him stressing out. And ermagerd! I can't even begin to share how extremely grateful I am that this efficiently vacuums the hair up while grooming! If you have pets, this is a gamechanger!! To put the cherry on top of my happy customer sundae, I reached out to customer service to ask if I could purchase another trimming tool and they said they're not selling the parts separately yet, but they are sending me the upgraded version of the trimmer as a replacement!!!! BEST COMPANY EVER!! We will continue to support Uproot Clean and continue to tell every living being we encounter with fur babies about it!
