Sales Tactics & Pop-ups: We understand that the frequency and nature of our promotional offers, including countdown timers and pop-ups, have created a heavy and intrusive experience. We recognize how frustrating this can be and are actively reviewing our marketing approach to ensure it is less disruptive and more respectful of your learning environment. We apologize for any feeling of pressure or deception.

Video Player Functionality: We apologize for the clunky video player experience, particularly the inability to pause by clicking the middle of the screen and the difficulty with navigation. This feedback is extremely valuable and has been immediately passed on to our technical team for review and improvement.

Course Content Quality: Your comments on the content itself are of utmost importance. We are genuinely concerned to hear that both the Share Trading and Accounting courses felt padded with "fluff," irrelevant, and excessively repetitive content, to the point of being "grating."

We specifically apologize for the "inspirational speaker" style and lack of concise, actionable information in the stock lessons, and the excessive historical context in the accounting course. This is not how we intend our lessons to deliver value.

We are immediately escalating your specific feedback on these two courses to our content development and instructor teams for a thorough review. We aim for our lessons to be efficient, informative, and engaging, delivering clear facts and practical knowledge without unnecessary repetition.

We understand your disappointment, especially as someone committed to learning and making the most of your trial. We are deeply committed to providing high-quality, impactful education, and your review makes it clear that we have work to do in these areas.
