Michael says he's a one trick pony. And he is and doesn't teach that well. The one trick is Meditation. When I asked for help with meditation, he told to just do for 30 days then let me know how i feel. This was after I spent 6 months doing everything in the program, attending almost every meeting. I had done it for 30 days. Id done it for 6 months!
The rest of the group is IFS therapy that's not therapy. You never talk about actual manifestation because Michael is "offering you much more!"
I was mocked by the leader Michael for asking if we could talk about what people are manifesting. I asked about talking about some of the things he tells us to do in the videos he sells as the membership and he said that's not the real way to manifest. Well...why did you have me listen to all of those videos and tell me to do things if it's not the real way and you were only going to mock me for actually doing it??
Then people started talking about wanting to kill themselves on a regular basis; on at least one call Michael said that may be the path you choose. Who encourages suicide?
When said I didnt want to listen to that, they turned it on me... why aren’t you willing to be volunerable?
One person talked about stalking their ex and another said they wanted to punch another person from the group in the face. One guy shared and the women jumped on him inappropriately.
When we were in a meeting that was supposed to be about positive experiences, someone started talking about the ex problems we heard in every other meeting. I interpreted and asked to get back to the topic and was sent a threat message. The owners never called me about it. Thry defended the guy who threatened me.
Nothing happened to anyone who actually threatened people in the group or attacked someone verbally for sharing. But when I spoke up about how much im paying and dont see the value, then im the problem.
Finally, the one trick pony replaced the weekly mediation with sales pitches for other products.
Save yourself the money. Don't join Upspiral. Buy a couple of IFS (internal family system) books...thats all they teach. Then magnesium to get a good night sleep.
Other things they said to buy was heartmath devise, a vibrating machine, a stationary bike, the health ring thing, and several other things.
Oh and his book. You pay $9-12k and then are expected to buy his book too. Is there something In the $30 book that I'm not getting in the $10k program?
