Got me over the line with the sale despite some major obstacles out of my control on my side.
Naomi was very understanding , professional and showed genuine empathy, I couldn't have done it without her help.

They aren’t a transparent company.
First of all, it’s fair to make a below-market offer if you can proceed quickly, but they will really delay your sale.
I worked with Paul, and every day he said the same thing — “Your sale is approved, and you’ll receive the memo of sale from legal today” — but that “today” never came.
Soon, their replies to messages disappeared, and they stopped answering calls. There was no formal communication from them. Occasionally, a team member would pick up the phone, but they wouldn’t do much apart from forwarding my details to Paul, who never responded. It was clear they just wanted to hold the purchase.
I genuinely don’t understand why anyone would do that or why they wouldn’t be transparent about it.
From day one, I asked for a clear timeline, but they never gave specific dates. It seemed they didn’t know much themselves and just wanted to create the impression that things were moving quickly.
They would promise progress within a week, but then wouldn’t respond at all. Perhaps they’ve managed to save many deals, but in my case, I wouldn’t recommend them.

UPDATE : Received a call from them. They were lying the whole time. Solicitors were never delaying this they were trying it to sell the flat to investors which takes time. Initially they said with so much confidence that we are buying it directly but they lied the whole time. Paul was my POC and I’m not sure if everyone works like this at Upstix but reading the reviews and also looking at my experience they are not worthy of your time.

They did exactly what they said they would at each stage of the process - no last minute haggling and very responsive every time I called. Kris and Alex were both great

Waste of time they would say slightly lower offer but that would 30% to 40% lower.

Good customer support

Kris M was very helpful throughout the process, was quick to respond and always kept us in the loop.

Quality property stock being offered with clear requirements around price required and timescales. Easy to do business with 🙌

When our sale to another company (Bettermove) fell through at the last minute, we were devastated and thought that our chance to move to our dream home was gone.

On a Friday afternoon, I took what I thought was a 'long shot' and phoned Upstix to see if there was anything they could do. I spoke to Alex who was absolutely brilliant and I immediately felt confident that they could help us. They managed to arrange a deal with an investor the same day that could purchase our property and there was a memorandum of sale in place on the Monday morning. We managed to sell in the timeframe that we needed to keep our chain alive.

Alex and Josh were a pleasure to deal with, they kept me up to date every step of the way right up until the completion date and we are now living in our dream home, all thanks to Upstix stepping in to rescue the sale.

Twice told they would get back in a few days was yold with the underwriters. They didn't ever come back so lost out on three weeks when it could have been on the market. So disappointing

I had the initial phone call to discuss property details and was then told to expect a call back later the same day or the next day. That was mid January and I haven't had a follow up yet. I also tried emailing the person I originally spoke to but also no response. Disappointing.

Incredibly unprofessional. I booked a consultation call with them and waited for them to contact me. 9 minutes into the allotted call time they cancelled the call. They didn’t even have the courtesy to speak with me and explain why they cancelled it. The service looked a little too good to be true and I guess I was right.

Approached Upstix and spoke to Fred in the London office who was professional, courteous and beyond helpful. He took all of my details, circumstances and property information and passed them onto Kris. Kris found a committed buyer quickly and with an offer that would have been acceptable to us. Our sale did go through the original process so we did not proceed through Upstix. The experience with Upstix dealing with Fred and Kris was unpressured, supportive in nature and we had reassurance there was a back up option should our sale not have gone through with our buyer. Communication second to none! Cannot recommend them enough!

The webuyanycar of the property market. Similar business model, but not quite sure why you’d want to lose out on tens of thousands. Take your time, go with a reputable company even with higher rates, it’ll pay in the short and long term.

I am the executor for a property & was let down by another well known company. Kris at Upstix has been incredibly helpful & secured a cash sale for me within a few days without any of the last minute "gazundering" I experienced with the other company. His service & professionalism have been outstanding & I would highly recommend Upstix to anybody looking to sell their property

I had wonderful support from upstix, helping me through the sale of my house. They helped me through many issues that go with a house move guiding me whenever I needed help and always on hand. I would certainly recommend them and want to thank them, especially Alex for the support I needed to finally move into my dream house.

Kris has been amazing, simply the best to be honest, I cant fault him at all. Always available night and day to answer all of my questions. Couldn't recommend him enough, absolutely top draw and a great guy. Will 100% be using UpStix again simply just because the level of customer service. Thank you again Kris.

Came to Upstix after being taken as fool by a number of cash sale companies , and all of them pulled the same stunt witholding the valuation and trying a price drop and the last minute. Spoke to Kristian at Upstix got the valuation within 24 hours , but then looked at my situation through my eyes came up with a road map to sale and handled the whole thing . Emails answered immediately , phone calls returned just proper business like . This industry is filled with chancers and time wasters at best , out and out con men at worst Upstix are the only firm out there doing it right , integrity and honesty , can't fault them and in particular Kristian

Sent several requests for a cash offer. Didn't even get a reply

Update just had a phone call from Chris at Upstix. Sounds like a very nice chap. Full of apologies for system not working properly on this occasion. Possibly might be able to do business But if not on this occasion maybe in the future

Kris and Olivia provided us excellent services. They are honest and on point keeping us informed in every step. We had all the information we needed to make a decision and felt at ease to communicate with them when asking them to accommodate our requirements. Of course they bought your property under the market value but they also took the risks of selling the property from you.
