Urban Herbs have a beautiful selection of herbs. My first order had a problem with transport. Although the problem was not with them this was dealt with straight away. Great customer service! My second order the Enchanted Collection and a few different herbs arrived today no issues with transport. In both deliveries the herbs are beautiful, and fabulous quality, and scents are amazing! Can’t recommend them enough!

Even though I had an issue with Royal Mail, my plants are thriving. I can’t believe how much they have grown in just a couple of weeks.

Ive followed urban herbs for a while, finally my planters and boarders were ready, placed my order late friday received all my plants plus a bonus one 3 days later. Packaged great, plants looked super healthy and well watered.. now its down to me to keep them alive. I will definatley be back for more and have recommended to everyone I know . If your in doubt dont be order now!

My herbs arrived in fantastic shape - I had been worried as it was one of those very hot days and they were in the delivery van for a while. They are now safely planted in the veggie plot and so far looking good!

Great to see unusual varieties. Excellent customer service. Problem with delivery that was outside of their control, handled very well and promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

After a few glasses of wine, I decided to order about 5 of the herb collections. The next morning I wondered about my decision but decided to plow ahead anyway. The plants arrived healthy and well packaged. There were lots! I planted some and gave some away to friends who were delighted by the unusual varieties. I can't seem to upload a photo but I planted them in pots in a sunny corner of the garden for my visually impaired mum. It's made a delightful display, with varied scents and of course useful herbs. I added some supermarket geraniums and I can honestly say it's just beautiful. I will need to look into winter care so I have them again for next year. Would I do it again? Well I'm off to pour myself a glass of wine......

I ordered from this small company for the first time, having seen them on Facebook last week. I am a keen cook (not chef!) who spends far too much money in supermarkets buying herbs which I use half of and then bin. Great prices, great tracking updates and the plants were perfectly packaged and in great condition when they arrived. But what impressed me most of all was the reply to the than you email I sent. Clearly personal, not computer or AI generated. Just gratitude from people who have a clear passion for what they do, and it blxxdy shows! Get onto this company!!

I recently ordered an eclectic mix of herbs for my garden. They were dispatched quickly and with a great courier (DPD). Communication was excellent and my plants arrived well packaged, undamaged, and healthy despite the heatwave. Great job, I’d order again in a heartbeat.

Second order no fault of Urban Herbs DPD bodged and it was a birthday gift. UH customer service soon had things ship shape they arrived and one herb being Moroccan mint often being brewed
