Terrible experience. Enquired about a camera, paid but was then told camera was already sold. But later they advertised it again for more. Very dodgy with zero ethics. Stay away. Their reply below does not tie in with what their own staff said on the day nor does it explain the camera being re advertised later at a different price. Many other places to buy cameras.

A few minutes later I got a mail stating that the courier will collect the camera and I received it in 3 days I think. Extremely happy with my purchase. Excellent service.

Good prices and legit products

Ordered camera gear from Urbancamerasandaccessories. Product was 100% genuine and packaged well. Delivery took about 3-4 days to Free State. Price was better than other stores I checked. Communication could be faster but they did respond when I asked for updates. Happy with my purchase overall.

Very good and quick service. I ordered a lens from Cape Town and received it within two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue the lens, I contact Urban Camaras and explain the problem. They arrange for the lens to be collected by the courier, this was done immediately.
