Fantastic service and nothing is too much trouble for them A++

I bought the Z2 Rod pod to replace my aging Fox Pod. This is a very sturdy pod and has some unique adjustment features. I contacted UCT after using the pod for the first time to tell them of my experience and mention how I use the pod when fishing (my method had a slight conflict with the pod). Trev (UCT) contacted me soon after and not only suggested how to overcome my issue, he went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied. UCT are a company I can recommend at the highest level, not only for excellent products, but also for the best after sales service I have ever had - anywhere. Buy from these guys you will not be disappointed.

What can I say, simply the best customer service I've ever received. Placed a pre order and I followed it up with a email 2 weeks after, within a couple of hours of sending the email Trev rang me telling me when they were expecting their stock delivery and when they'd be posting it out. Couple of days later parcel force messed up claiming they'd failed delivery due to no one being home. This simply wasn't true I checked on my CCTV and no one attempted to deliver, also was no option to reschedule online. Again I send a email over and within half an hour Trev called me really apologetic and shipped my order again paying for next day delivery with a different courier. Nothing was too much and despite a shocking courier experience which wasn't their doing or fault it was quicky resolved. Highly recommend thank you Trev and the team.

I had been searching for a UK supplier of a brand of high quality waterproof luggage (FORGE of Slovenia) which, post Brexit, is unavailable for delivery here. Fortunately, I found a small business based just outside Bristol that has teamed up with Forge to supply their products here and within a couple of hours Trevor had contacted me directly to confirm the items I required were in stock and they were despatched the same day. Delivery was fast (48hrs) and efficient (Parcelforce).
Throughout the process I felt my order was valued rather than just a transaction - a small but significant difference versus other online traders which is no doubt a result of the demise in face-to-face purchasing.
I was delighted with the luggage I received which is waterproof, very rugged and stylish. Clearly designed and specified by real anglers who spend extended time on the bank and know what's required. I did however notice a small blemish (c.3mm) in the clear coating of one of the bags and merely enquired if this might enlarge if left unprotected - this luggage is going to be use hard and such knocks and grazes are to be expected so I wasn't really bothered about this mark on aesthetic grounds.
Nonetheless, Trevor was in contact almost immediately to arrange a replacement despite my reassurances this wasn't really necessary.
In a market where angling gear is often over-priced, poorly made and customer service is rarely a consideration this degree of ensuring the customer is 101% satisfied is a rare commodity indeed.
I understand Urban Carp Tackle (UCT) is a relatively new business and if this is a typical example of their service ethic they deserve to thrive. The Forge products they offer are top notch and I can see why they chose UCT to retail them here in the UK. Very, very impressed.
