I recently made an appointment with you to have a site visit from your representative to discuss installing laminate flooring.

I was asked what colours styles I was interested in and was told that a range of samples would be brought to my property for the meeting.

On the morning of the meeting, your representative (Kyle? No card was left) was 25 minutes late, had no idea what sort of flooring was to be installed and had no samples with him.

Nonetheless he took measurements and said he would provide quotes.

I have heard absolutely nothing since and you will understand, am not too impressed.

Can you please let me know what’s happening? And for a further site visit, ensure it is a different and more professional representative.
