I had a terrible experience with this company. Despite providing all required information, they have repeatedly refused to process my refund. They already have my PayPal and bank account details, yet they continue to give me the runaround and fail to take action. This is a clear case of poor business practices, if not outright fraud. I will never do business with them again and highly recommend others to steer clear as well.

If I could I would not even give them a star for their customer service! When I asked to return an item I received an email with 3 options which cost me money. Yup no free returns here. And then they spammed me literally every day with the same email over and over again until I sent them a tracking number with the return of the item. And then they asked me kindly to remind them to process my return…. Wait what?
Will not recommend or ever buy anything from them again. It’s really not worth the hassle.

This company does not have provision for Returns. How can you sell online and not have a well established return address and policy. Most times products arrive and do not look as advertised. Also, sizes vary according to the materials used and style of the clothing. This kind of shady practice can only happen in China. I will keep looking for how to make this Company accountable regarding Returns. I am not surprised that this company cannot be located on the better business Bureau.

I placed an order with you in November, but I still haven’t received a tracking link, as it seems my order hasn’t been shipped yet. I’ve tried to contact you multiple times, but it’s been very difficult. The customer service is extremely slow.

I think it’s unfortunate because the clothes look really nice. However, at this point, it’s starting to feel a bit like a scam. You asked me to resend my address, which I did on the same day. I even followed up to ask if you had received it, but I never got a response. Then, weeks later, when I reached out again, I was told that the package hadn’t been sent because Norway only accepts express shipping. You sent me a link and asked if I could pay an additional $30 for the shipping—something that should have been automated on your website.

I responded to your message, but once again, I received no reply. I also mentioned that I believe this is something you should take responsibility for, and as good customer service, perhaps cover the extra cost, especially considering you haven’t replied for nearly a month.

At this point, I would like a refund. It’s been very difficult to reach you, and I’m starting to lose trust in your service.

This company is a SCAM!!! Do NOT let these "influencers" fool you! I ordered 2 coats from this company because I was unsure about the size I should go with. I've emailed "Cecilia" at least 5 times asking for the return address with notc1 single response.

The online chat is NEVER available!! Not even during the hours posted on there website. I had to call my bank and file a claim to get my money back.

Stay tf away from these scammers! It's not worth the headache!

I ordered a couple of items that looked great. Unfortunately, they were all tiny. I am 5 6", 115 lbs and consider myself a size S at largest. The size mediums didn't even close on me. The coat I ordered could've fit 2 humans inside - something is terribly off with the sizing. I tried unsuccessfully to return items, and haven't heard a response from "Celia" yet. I am considering this a Chinese money making scam. Proceed with caution!
Return update - i spent close to $40 to ship my returns back via UPS and arrived a week ago, still havent heard back anything from them - double waste of money!!!

Poorly made cheap polyester garments with a vastly inflated price! They say they offer returns on their website but its a scam. Mailing to a random address in Nebraska from the UK costs more than their cheap products and they only offer store credit! Who wants to buy more overpriced and ill fitting crap from this brand?

Understaffed online retailer based out of China. Alibaba sellers respond sooner to issues and questions.

RMA requires you to email service(at)urbanrevivo.com. E-mails go unanswered, no automated intake or ticket tracking for resolution. In order to RMA UrbanRevivo has to send you return postage. Which for $10 I would gladly pay, IF they actually processed returns. The RMA form is via Shopify and uses shopify(at)ur.com.cn as their customer support email. Both emails will ignore your RMA. $190 down the drain. We were looking to stay good customers because the products are not bad quality. Do not buy unless you know exactly what you’re buying will fit you.

I will revise my review on resolution.

They have sent replacement clothing, minus one garment where they offered store credit. I’ll be honest I won’t likely order from them again because I expect higher quality customer care at minimum. However, I appreciate that they made me whole and revised my score from 1 star to 4. I hope for the best for them.

They use a generic response person named Ceclilia. They never refunded my money after 3 weeks and are failing to respond. They keep saying without the consumer providing tracking information of the parcel they destroy the return. That's ridiculous as they did not intially ask for this.

It's been 2 weeks asking for a return label and haven't heard from anyone. You hear from them when you order and they take your money but not when you want to make a return.
I made a dispute with my credit card company. Their sizing is also questionable 🤔

They don’t cover returns. The item is of poor quality and does not fit well. When I wanted to return it, they offered me three options. However, there is no way to send it back and get my money refunded because the cost of shipping it back is higher than the value of their poor-quality dress.

To be honest, I am rather surprised to read so many negative reviews. However, mine is completely different. It was the second time I ordered from UR. Frist time (a few years ago) I bought two blazers. I always get compliments while wearing bazers, both are very good quality and I even wash it on 'delicate' cycle in my washing machine. This time, I ordered a blazer again. Surprisingly, size M was too small (previous blazers are size M and fit perfectly), yet still good quality/material. I contacted the customer service team and agreed to exchange to size L. All the time I communicated with Cecilia, and she was brilliant, polite and professional. Thank you

I placed my order on Oct 29, it has been two weeks since, I still haven’t receive any tracking number from them. And I started doing my own digging and found out this company is a SCAM. I ordered 3 pieces that total of $99 . Still a lot of money I rather buy from Zara then next time.

Urban Revivo's customer service has been AWFUL. I pre-ordered the same sweater in two different colors. They finally shipped almost 6 weeks later. I received one of the sweaters and have yet to receive the second sweater (don't understand why they didn't ship together). I have been going back and forth in emails with UR regarding non-delivery of second sweater. I was informed by UR MY package was returned to the post office/failed delivery due to no such number. How in the world was my address correct for the first package, but now there's no such number for delivery of the second package. UR has not been helpful with recovering my package and the directions/instructions they have provided me have not helped me (AT ALL) with locating my package. While I do love the sweater I received, it is of good quality and looks just as it looks online, I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM UR again; and I will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone I know. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me when purchasing online, and UR's customer service is the worst. I have repeatedly asked for a refund given I paid for merchandise I have yet to receive (and doubt I ever will). Of course, I have not received a response to my request. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!

They are scamming you out of your money. This “ Bowie Tan” must be a bot. When I requested to return my merchandise immediately after receiving it I got a notice that says they will let you know if you are “ approved “ and will send an email which they never send, then when I emailed them they tell me to make a return request online which I already had. I go on to request about four more times without response. Then after about a month of me emailing them they finally send an email that says we have closed you return and merged it to 111768. What does that even mean? They will also send an occasional response saying, I’m sorry that you are not receiving our emails, which I do, they just make no sense like a bot is sending them. I am still trying to get a return address. I will be reporting them for fraud!

Cute clothes but this company is a rip-off!! Had items which were approved for return and never received a credit/refund for them after they were sent back. Sent dozens of emails (only way you can communicate with UR) and never got a response!! Simply stole my money and I see I’m not the only victim!!!

I ordered $211.00 worth of clothing on April 14,2024 After trying on the first two outfits I realized they were not made for my shape. I returned the items the next day. I reached out to Urban .scam and informed them of the return as well as included the tracking number.
After going back and forth with them they finally stop communicating . I reported this as fraud to my bank. Since this was made through PayPal they are able to scam and try to get away with it. I have been fighting with them for my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE !!!! It has been 3 months and I still have not received my refund. I will keep you updated,because I will continue to send emails and inform others of this scamming site.

I have ordered an item and after they send me an email with the information that the adress is too long I have never heard back from them again. I have send multiple emails asking for confirmation with no reply so far. I shouldve trusted my gut feeling that this is a frigging scam. Would not recommend to order.
