We used Urbansticks after a recommended from my partners sister and have been very happy with them. Firstly, I would like to start by saying that Michelle was an absolute god send. I had no idea what I was doing as I was taking a mortgage out on my own for the first time. Michelle answered all of my questions and responded promptly ... no matter what time of day it was. I was really anxious around the whole process but Michelle constantly reassured me and went over and above to get me the best deal she possibly could. Honestly can't speak highly enough about the service Michelle provided, she made a highly stressful situation so much easier. Also need to mention the service that I received from Jackie following my mortgage offer, Jackie maintained regular contact with the solicitor and ensured I was updated regularly right through until completion. Honestly can't thank you both enough - your the dream team!!!!

I can’t thank Michelle and Jackie enough for helping me and my husband purchase our first home. They both go above and beyond to ensure the journey is as smooth as possible.
