Very happy with my sunglasses which were already competetively priced but with a discount code came in £20 cheaper than Sunglass Hut. Authentic product. Fast delivery too. I did read a couple of negative reviews but my experience was very good and I would buy again.

I had been looking for these prada ones for a while and was pleased to find them at a competitive price here. They arrived well package in a nice box with all the accessories included.
Delivery was quick and free, which was a bonus. Overall, a very positive hoping experience.

Issue resolved
After my sunglasses arrived I complained about the quality, the team were quick to resolve my issue. Sending me a new pair from another supplier which I was extremely happy with free of charge. The only reason for 4 star, is because I had to knock a point off for the 1st pair that arrived. Can’t fault their customer service! Thank you

Avoid
I have recieved a very suspect pair of Tom ford sunglasses. The box is damaged and one of the arms is clearly misaligned. I suspect they are either seconds or fakes. I am currently awaiting a response from the company regarding how to return the item as despite a’14 day free returns policy’ how to achieve this is less than transparent. It all now feels a bit dodgy. From my current experience I would avoid in all honesty.

Fantastic sunglasses and Customer service
The sunglasses I ordered arrived and whilst I loved them, they came without a case or certificate of authenticity. I emailed Urban Sunglasses and they replied immediately.
They resolved the issue as soon as possible and apologised for the mistake. Fantastic customer service. Would therefore highly recommend.

DO NOT TRUST
I received a pair of counterfeit sunglasses from this company. I contacted the company with overwhelming evidence they were fake, and at least they acknowledged immediately that they were 'defective', as they described it. The explanation I received was that "the product you received may have been mixed up with one of the items that had been previously returned to us". I questioned how the how they would avoid returning these sunglasses back into circulation to sell on, and was told that it would be put in the "defective products category" and returned to the seller, and that "our warehouse normally inspects every item, but occasionally such situations can occur." When asked to return the sunglasses in pristine condition though, I made it clear I would be returning them in a way they would no longer be able to be sold onto unsuspecting purchasers. Make of this story what you will. I thought I'd done my due diligence checking out reviews on here for this company but clearly, if an offer seems to good to be true, it probably is. If you want to delve deeper for yourself, go into the pages about returns etc and you'll see a lot of the information talks about a watch company instead. Incredibly disappointing and I'm exceptionally annoyed that had I not been particularly careful in checking, they could have happily taken a considerable amount of money from me for counterfeit sunglasses that also would run the risk of damaging my eyes.
