I'd give a zero if I could, after paying 2 days previously, I went to address, Spencer St Melbourne, a shop, to drop off my bag, shrug from guy no booking he said, despite having an email, but no QR code, you'll have to email them...yeah right buddy as if they'll be replying at 5.30pm, I left, guy didn't give a hoot or try and help. I'm 72 so lugged my bag around..anyway I finally got in touch with whomever runs this show, oh you didn't pay, yes I did, here's the bank notification to you and the confirmation, haven't heard a word since...lesson learned

Don't use this mob if you expect any level of customer service. I had an issue with the agent refusing to take my luggage. I scoured the urlocker website, but they do not provide a phone number to call if you have an issue. They provide an email address and say they will respond within 48 hours. I have sent 2 emails demanding a refund, but after a week I have still not received a reply. Money down the drain

Paid, no email, RUDE! person at Swanston St Melbourne Ezymart!!!!! I would not trust this service whatsoever. Tried to call, no answer. Tried to login with my registered email, received no email to change my password. F’n useless!

Amazing service. When I am traveling in Australia, I am very careful with my bag, and this time, the hotel helped me lock my bag, and their service was very good and secure.
