Only gave one star because it won’t let…

Only gave one star because it won’t let me leave none over six weeks for a duvet set. Taken my money on the 8th December numerous emails to dusk to receive automated answers

Horrendous company. Either deliver or refund me

Plwase please do not order from this…

Plwase please do not order from this company. I dont know who they employ in the warehouse but u dont get your goods . And they have the cheek to say u owe them money
Phonelines have not been unavail for weeks now
Company gone downhill . Do not order you wont get your goods if you do its in dribs and drabs

Not delivered and non-responsive customer service

Not despatched despite being marked as sent. Customer service is email only and still non-responsive after several days. Avoid.

Utter Joke of a company!!

Utter Joke of a company!!
I don't want to have to do this but I'm hoping it's the only way someone will contact me about my order!
I placed a very large order with Dusk in December 2024.
The company stated the bed and mattress would be delivered on 27/12/2024!
We had a time confirmed for the delivery.
When the delivery company arrived we confirmed that the 2 boxes were all the parts that were required, the company agreed this
We then got rid of our old bed as the new one allegedly was delivered.
When opening the box that night to put our new bed together, we find that we are missing HALF OF THE PARTS and therefore could not put the bed together!!!
Not only this but the mattress they have given to us had
MOULD stains on it!!
This is utterly disgusting & disgraceful !!
We have not been able to get in contact with anyone since 6/01/25 where they told us the issues would be resolved in 48
hours
NO ONE HAS CONTACTED US,and all phone lines continue to be closed!! We have sent 4 emails with no response to anything!
DO NOT USE 6dusk.com !! BOYCOTT this fraudulent company

Terrible service

Terrible service. Avoid. I received an email that it shipped and should be here in 5-7 days. It's been over a week and my usps tracking info says that they haven't received the package to ship. I've sent an email requesting an update. They say they've turned off their phones due to high volume. And can't return my message for a few working days. Please avoid!

Not happy took over 2 week to receive…

Not happy took over 2 week to receive order then trouble with Evri. Then part of my order missing which now says getting ready to pack. So it will probably be another couple of weeks.no reply after I have emailed, now they saying I need to email a different department joke!!!

Would not purchase again

I like the material and texture of the duvet cover, however, I am disappointed that it lacks the string inside of it to attach to the duvet. This makes it extra difficult to keep everything in place, at times making the duvet slide down. I would not purchase this item again.

I haven't received my package

I haven't received my package. I put in my order almost a month ago and received a notification that my order shipped more than a week ago. I was understanding since it was the end of the year/holiday season, but this is disappointing at this point.

I ordered a bed for my daughter the beginning of November, delivery date the end of November, then the delivery date change to today Wednesday, now saying Saturday, my daughter has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for months, how can your shipping be so bad, you’ve had My money and we’ve had no bed and it’s now January, my husband also ordered from you but managed to cancel and get a refund, since ordered from another company that has already delivered, my advice to anyone is DO NOT ORDER from this company

I requested 2 Dover cover sets and 2 pillowcase sets and received only 1 Dover cover sets 3 pillowcase sets. I sent an email with proof of photo and was sent an email stating that someone would be contacting me with a duration of (5-7 business days) and I am still waiting to hear back.

Delayed Shipping time

I ordered a duvet cover on December 22nd. And it is now December 30th. I am tracking the package on the Shop app and it hasn’t even shipped yet. There was no estimated shipping time when I initially ordered the set. I am really disappointed. Shipping time should be clearly displayed before customers go to purchase.
