Super customer service. Rachelle at the corporate office is very helpful as well as everybody at the counter. Thanks for making it so easy to rent a car.

Waited for almost an hour for the…
Waited for almost an hour for the shuttle. Rental office is off airport in Phoenix in the ghetto. Dinky dirty office with an out of service bathroom. No air conditioning. Very slow service. Agent forced me to purchase tire and glass insurance for $135.00. Agent stated Easirent required it because my rental was more than 5 days. Threatened to not rent to me if I didn’t. Then required a $500.00 credit car deposit even though I stated and provided proof of car insurance. Very rude! Never rent from Easirent. I’m still on my trip as I pen this so hopefully I won’t get scammed out of my $500.00 deposit.
Absolutely terrible experience in…
Absolutely terrible experience in Miami, FL 2/2025. I would never recommend to anyone! Waited an hour to get to the front desk just to find out we needed to wait another 2 hours for the vehicle. You get what you pay for here - save yourself and just pay the extra $30 with a normal rental company.
Awful company
Awful company. Vehicle I collected was damaged, not too badly, so still driveable. Made sure that the existing damage was noted and signed a tablet offered by an employee to register the existing damage. Upon return, I was told that I had damaged another vehicle while parking, which was not true. The damage to both vehicles was clearly not recent and produced the paperwork I was given when collecting the vehicle. Eventually the manager came out and told me he would sort everything as I had additional insurance which would cover the damage. I told him that I did not cause that damage. 3 months later I get a bill from Easirent's insurance agent for over $5000 for damages caused. This was way too excessive, even if I was responsible for the damage. I contaccted Pricelines insurers, Rental Cover. com. They were extremely slow but eventually said that my claim was approved. I had told them I did not cause the damage shown in the photographs as it was pre-existing damage. They did not seem bothered. When I asked for paperwork to show how they managed the claim. Nothing was forthcoming. Clearly a scam! Never ever use Easirent!
NEVER - NEVER - NEVER waste valuable time with Easirent. Negative review stars unavailable or they would be used in this case
Notified Easirent of my airline's 1 hour late arrival and assured rental was confirmed and car would still be available upon arrival in Jacksonville. Waited 45 minutes for courtesy van along with 2 other reserved customers only to be told there were NO cars available, lot was empty and would have to wait for vehicle returns.
This caused my party to miss a funeral mass and burial.
Would give a zero star if available
Would give a zero star if available, I placed a car order and was not told anywhere I would be charged additional per mile after using the daily mile limit, until after my order was made. I then cancelled my order and was told I would get a refund; it has now been close to one month of talking to different reps that promise my refund will be given out in a few days. I have not recieved my money back and think about taking legal actions. Please do not book a rental here ever unless you want to get robbed.
Don't rent form Easirent!
1. Booked a Full Sized vehicle for 5 days through Priceline for an Easirent vehicle. $257.00
2. Got to Easirent and they gave us a Mid Sized SUV, which is a cheaper vehicle. $237.00. Left Easirent, Engine light came on. Had to call and get a new vehicle the next day. Another Mid Sized SUV. No paperwork to fill out.
3. Easirent double charged us a $250.00 ($500.00) Deposit and Forced a $237.14 pass and insurance that we declined at the counter. We have our own insurance and purchased Pricelines $65.00 insurance. Why would I need to be triple covered!?
I have now spent 5 hours speaking with Easirent to rectify this and they have been refusing to refund the insurance because we didn't cancel it within 24 hours upon booking. How would I know I was charged until I get my credit card statement!? Which I checked and yep, it was there. So, you get it....Don't rent a vehicle from them or through another party like Priceline, that uses them for their vehicle rental. Our $257.00 rental cost us over $1000 and as we speak, I haven't got my 2nd deposit or insurance money back...250.00+ 237.14...$487.14
Cruel Joke by Evil Billionaire
This has to be a cruel joke by an Evil Billionaire The first bad sign Is the welfare office Sign in Sheet.. Then Costumers crying ( The saddest part is the poor employees that are Trained To Do This To People... Hey Priceline jump off your private jet and go wait in line
Bait and Switch
Yes, their rates look attractive at first, but my experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Although I carry rental car coverage, including collision, through my auto insurance policy, the rental company refused to accept it because my insurer wasn’t on their "approved list." As a result, they insisted I purchase their own insurance. I even had to email them a copy of my insurance policy, but that didn’t change anything. My initial 1-week rental rate of $250 skyrocketed to $600 with their mandatory $350 insurance—definitely no deal, and frankly, a rip-off. I've since filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Do not rent from them!!! SCAM
Do not rent from them. SCAM. My total charge was supposed to be total of 192.00. I paid in full at time of booking. When I got to their counter I had to add their insurance and other charges so my total cost was almost double. Also if you get a flat tire or any damage to the tires, 500.00 charge. So please go elsewhere. I booked through Priceline.com .
DFW Easirent, Shay was friendly, but shuttle takes a long time
At the Easirent rental agency for DFW, Shay was very helpful and got me going quickly and efficiently.
Four stars because I didn't catch from the website that you need to shuttle to/from DFW to the DFW main car rental agency first, then turn around and wait for the Easirent shuttle, which comes through every 15-30 minutes (I waited 25 minutes). If you need to be somewhere when you arrive or have a short turnaround when flying out of DFW, this is probably not the place for you. I had a 9AM flight and Easirent opens at 7AM, so another group that had just dropped off a car and myself took an Uber straight to DFW, because we couldn't wait for the shuttle service to the car rental agency that didn't start until 7:15AM.
Bottom line is, would be great if Easirent just shuttled directly to and from DFW. My guess is there's fees involved with that that they don't want to pay.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS CAR…
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS CAR RENTAL. They are very dishonest. When asked if I wanted to add my wife as a driver. I asked if there were any additional charges and they said no, so I added her to the car and they billed me $105 for that. Also, they asked me if I wanted the Sun Pass and I agreed. I was ONLY traveling from Orlando Airport to Lakes Wales, FL and back which were the only toll roads I was on and they charged me $120 which is incredibly ridiculous and was overcharged by at least $100. After at least 4 requests, I still did not receive the invoice to my email as they said they would.
SCAM!
I should've come here and checked easirent.com's reviews first. Gosh, this is the biggest scam in this industry I've ever experienced!
Don't let the price offer fool you. They will end up charging you double the initial price.
Read all the fine prints before you proceed to pay, especially the "easirent rental policy and rules information" section, where they so hiddenly state additional fees for daily mileage exceeding their random daily limit mileage for local renters. My friends and I needed to rent it for almost a week to make a vacation round trip from SLC, UT to Yosemite NP, CA and it made me end up paying over $600.00 dollars when the original payment was around $300.00.
I don't know how this company is still in business with all these blatant fraudulent behaviors and customers' negative experiences. It's such a shame!
I was charged an extra 56 dollars…
I was charged an extra 56 dollars because they said I brought it back with less gas, I took photos because I knew the business was shady, I returned it with more gas than I was given, they owe ME money. DO NOT use this business. Businesses like this deserve to be investigated by the BBB and shut down.
I was trying out this business for my business as I need to rent a car 200 days out of the year. They just lost a guaranteed 20k plus a year.
This place is a scam
Do not rent from this place! The five star reviews have to be a hoax or because there’s no way this place could get a five star review. First off the building and the inside look super sketchy…. like they can move out at a moments notice. They miss charged me for toll road coverage which I did not ask for and then told me they refunded it. When I dropped the car back off a week later and check they said it was definitely put through and that it should take 7 to 10 days. A week later when I called back after two weeks they said oh you need to call corporate. When I called corporate, two of the times, they immediately transferred me to some sort of random extension that had no one at it, a generic voice message, and the mailboxes were full. I was hung up on several times corporate, and the last person told me that all the managers were gone that day Someone would call me the following day which they did not. It was a total scam And does not make sense because no business operates this way by forcing managers at the corporate level to authorize a refund like this that was there error to begin with.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS…
PLEASE DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION. I CANCELLED AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME WITHOUT TELLING ME! NOT ONLY YOUR RESERVATION AND THEN THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Let me explain to you the process you get off the plane you hop on a shuttle that takes you to the airport rentals and then you have to wait 30 minutes for a Easirebt shuttle (out in the heat - no shade & no where to sit) to pick you up (then you wait in the shuttle while the driver is outside for 15 minutes ) total 45 minutes and then he drives you 15 minutes away from the airport to Easirent rental facility. (Keep in mind you have now just wasted one hour of your time ) Then you get out of the shuttle to customers that are waiting on the sidewalk, very upset, nervous talking about how they’re probably gonna miss their flight because of the shuttle taking too long. Then you walk into the building and immediately are told to sit down and they’ll get with you between 30 and 40 minutes. There is no hi how are you welcome there’s none of that. We explained to them that we needed the car and we had a sense of urgency and empathy in our voice. They then shared that they were short two people, however this lack of prioritizing customers important timeline was causing us stress, worry, mental anguish, especially for our son. They could’ve cared less my sons important timeline nor event when we explained. We immediately told them that we needed to cancel due to all of these extenuating circumstances of their company & being short staffed and not getting our behicle at the time we requested the reservation. If you can’t provide your customers with a product that they paid for and followed all of your instructions online for pre-check-in to make the process seamlessly when you get to the counter (which is all falsified information ) then you have no business charging your customers. You failed to meet deadlines, you failed to meet protocol you failed to meet your customers needs and then you falsely imply that you canceled our reservation, not only did your employee confirm this but then I called the manager and explained everything to him and he’s the one that tells you we’re short two people and then says don’t worry we’ve got you taken care of. We’ve canceled your reservation, but it still shows that money was taken out of my account for the reservation.. You also failed to provide a good working telephone number for your customers to be able to call prior to their pick up time so that they wouldn’t be charged as we called multiple times and that phone number listed is incorrect. (We reported this to Priceline immediately) This company is un-ethical and immoral, unprofessional, fraudulent, & dishonest. The place is dirty. The shuttle smells like cigarette smoke. There’s no attention to detail. They’re no warm and welcoming. The customer service is lacking. They literally don’t care. You are treated like a warm body body and just another number all you are are dollar signs to them. Please do yourself a huge favor share with your friends & family to never rent a vehicle from Priceline (Easirent) DFW EVER. We called multiple times after we hopped off the airplane to make sure everything was ready to go because it does state you must cancel prior to your pickup time. Again, you failed your customer with the correct phone number for communication purposes. This is purposeful. Never ever use this company!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
Beware- This comapny is scam
Beware- This comapny is scam, they will book reservration online and will ask you to come to a location to pick a car where do not exist, they have been scamming customer across states
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
If I could give this rental car a negative star, I would give them -5 stars. after arriving at the out of the way rental center a few miles from DFW airport I should have left then. I had taken an early flight and was ready to get a car and get some sleep. When the agent went thru all the terms and charges the rate wasn't even close to the cheap rate they advertised. I went through the contract and completed it, then I decided to cancel the contract before even leaving the office area. The young lady said she would cancel it and I would see it in a few days. Other folks after me in line were turning around and getting back on the shuttle bus to go back to the terminal.
Well I ended up disputing the charge and the dispute was declined because Easirent produce a fraudulent bill that said I picked up and dropped off a car. I never did!!! The dispute process took awhiIe with my credit card company. I wish I would have looked at these reviews before I went to this company. There is a reason the reviews are so LOW! STAY CLEAR OF THESE FOLKS....Nothing easy about this experience.,
Easirent was the worst car rental…
Easirent was the worst car rental experience I ever had. Waited 45 min. for pick-up. David at counter at RSW airport was rude & wanted me to sign form showing car was free of damage without looking at it. Didnt even want to let me take form out to car to mark up where damage was. Car had a dent and multiple scratches. I returned and he was outside smoking. Gave me no paperwork on the car either. Beware of this (& other rental cos) scam. Theyll try to charge for damage you didnt do when you return the car.
A lot went wrong
A lot went wrong. May 1, 2024. I've been renting cars for over 45 years. Never had an experience like this one. I finally just walked away and took the city bus to my hotel. Shuttle was slow and he left one person on the curb because he was full. But the front passenger seat was empty!!! After an hour in line, the agent required me to have my car insurance papers. I've never traveled with them before. I spent the next 15 minutes calling my wife and get our policy number and phone numbers. We finally got the insurance real person and she talked to the agent. The agent still wanted an extra $20 per day. All this time there were many people in line behind me. So I had them rip up my reservation and I walked to the nearest bus stop. The website site needs to warn people on the issue so they can bring the necessary paperwork. My worst renting a car experience of my life....by far. Fox Rent a car was only 2 blocks away and I've used them many times in the past. Big mistake trying a new company. Just trying to warn to bring your car insurance papers.
The name should be SLEeasirentacar
Terrible experience. Much further from DFW car rental center than indicated on the website. Looong wait at their off airport office. Chaotic checking people yelling about being scammed. After almost an hour and still waiting, we took the shuttle back to the car rental center and booked with another company. It really isn't worth the savings offered unless you have a lot of patience and extra time to wait around.
