Was given a 4 door Nissan. Had stains all over the seats. The car was still dirty from the last driver and it smelled like a wet dog. We were given less than a quarter tank of gas to leave with. We didn't get ten miles up the road before the low fuel light came on. The motor, makes all kinds of noises and is in bad shape. When you hit a bump you hear what sounds to be something in the back about to fall off. I would almost consider this car unroadworthy. Worst rental vehicle I have ever been provided. Was supposed to have a fiat 500 or better. I got the crappiest car on the lot instead.. The service is close to nonexistant as well. 👎

Stay away from Easirent Orlando or this could happen to you too:

Easirent left us stranded at the airport and would not answer their phone. We had to take a taxi 30 minutes to our resort because by the time we figured out a plan they had shut.

The next day we called them and they still didn’t answer their phone. When we did get ahold of someone they didn’t even apologize for the events and the lady told us she didn’t know anything because she works days.

When we finally did get to their location we were given a smaller car than the one we had reserved and it smelled like an ash tray.

At pickup they told me they were going to email me a contract, but I never received it. Then at drop off they told me they could print it for me if I wanted to wait an hour and a half. But they would email me a receipt and the contract if I just left the keys, but I never received that either.

After checking my card transactions, they over charged me by $100 for a smaller car, and almost two-day shorter rental time (because I dropped it off a day early too). 🤯

And of course since they do not answer their phone and I don’t have a contract, there’s not much left to do. 😒

I wish there was a 0 rating. DO Not ever rent a car from these guys! Especially if you are arriving at or after 6 pm. They are located 2 miles from the airport and you will be left stranded at the airport if you arrive later than early evening because apparently they close early. Happened to 4 other couples this night as well. Luckily was able to get a last minute rental from Hertz (only company that had a car left), but at 3 times the cost. According to airport staff this is a nightly occurrence with Easirent.
Definitely will report this company to the BBB.

I cannot even begin to describe the horrible lack of service! When we waited at the airport, they said we will be there in ten minutes. Then told next group there were no cars for them. Told yet another group they would be there in ten minutes. They came for them and said to us NO CARS are available for you, we ran out and left us stranded!!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot give 0 stars. Yet that is what is needed. BEFORE YOU RENT, please call the customer service line. Noone answers down to the 'emergency response' number! This should be an indication of who you're dealing with. The hours of operation are a joke. Noone is here when they should be open, even after verifying the hours when I checked out. As I write this, the branch should have been opened at 600am, yet it is 640am and the gates are padlocked. I should have known better, but hopefully I can prevent others from the mistake.

Website was easy to navigate and I found a rental quickly. The lack of customer service and live chat is disappointing though.

I decided to take a cheap route this time and rent from this agency. Worst mistake ever. First of all it is miles away from airport. The customer service stinks to high hell. They have you sign in and then they call you. It took 30 minutes or more to call me and I was second on list. They force you into getting their insurance and Sunpass by telling you that your insurance wont pay for the entire damages. If you use your own insurance they want pictures of your cards which is not known to you until you get to the counter. Then they lie and say it is on the webpage when you book your rental. I read it repeatedly and it was not there. there is a statement about using Debit Cards. My credit card pays fully for any and all damages if I use that card. I Then they tell you about the tolls even though your own GPS can route you around the tolls. I watched them raise several patrons rental rate from a under $100 to well over $300 by forcing them to get their insurance, SunPass and other additives. I will stick with the name brands that I am familiar with. Easirent ought to be called bait and switch rent.

Worst ever! We tried to cancel our reservation and Easirent refused saying we had to cancel through Travelocity. Obviously, the wrong information. If you have to cancel during this pandemic don't expect to to get your money refunded.

Don't use- irresponsible.
Made a reservation on Priceline for June rental in Ft Myers off airport. Web site states open from 6 am to 10 pm. I went to where the pick up was and waited. Called the desk multiple times yesterday- starting at 5:52 PM and no answer. In fact when I did call the recording from Verizon states either the customer is unavailable or that the number is no longer in service. 239-666-3090.
I have tried multiple times this morning starting from 8 am with still the same response by Verizon.
Fortunately I didn't pre pay. I contacted Price line this morning and complained. They should not list this company nor should you.

I called them 1 day prior to ensure the SUV would be there based on several poor ratings I saw after making the reservation. The Manager said he did not have an SUV and WOULD NOT have one but "could put you into a 12 passenger VAN or a Large car" neither of which was suitable nor what I reserved. The scumbags refused to return my money. I have since filed a charge-back with my credit card company. The POS manager refuses my calls. Escalated to a district manager who takes FIVE WEEKS to respond to my email with the same BS canned response. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE MUTTS.

Absolute crooks. I paid a third-party (Wisecars) to pay Easirent for my booking. Easirent claims Wisecars didn’t pay them and charged me AGAIN over 2 months later for the price of the booking. So now I’m $800 out on a rental car that was supposed to be $400. Will never do business with any of these people again and am recommending all my friends and family do the same. Pure fraud.

The online rental was awesome.
The steps to getting your reservation on line is easy.
I would recommend this to others.

Rented a car through priceline from Easirent 3/13/20 to 3/18/20 for $20 per day
after the energy surcharge?
location surcharge?
vehicle license fee?
airport concession fee?
sunpass , $10.00 per day non refundable , agent from easirent said we HAD to have it or we would get fines in the mail from the state of Florida, turns out we could have just paid cash and we spent probably $15 total for 5 days, so that would be an extra $35 not needed, she was fired 5 days later when we dropped the car off.
Total bill after taxes - $208.02 / 5 = $41.60 , um, just a little bit higher that quoted
Called Easirent on 3/24/20 to try and get some refund of some sort, and we started out with 1/4 tank of gas and dropped off with 3/4 tank of gas,
talked to Tim, with total attitude said that we do not refund any of those fees and would not work with me on refunding anything at all and stated that it has to do with the coronavirus???
Filed another reply and 18 days later they responded that they give no refunds.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Unreal, This place is a joke, I rented a car in late Feb from the FLL location. I returned the car in the early AM of Feb 28, the girl at the counter gave no receipt or anything just said you are good.

On Apr 07 I get a charge to my CC for 40 dollars stating that I used the Florida Sun Pass. I wrote to them to ask when this was used as I was very cautious not to use this extra charge toll road.

They came back with the info and it was after I dropped the car off on Feb 28. I have tried to contact them many times, no one answers the phone or answers emails, just to say they are looking into it.

Clearly with these negative reviews they could care less about customer service.

If i do get a response back I will update this review, but I will also be looking at the next steps if I do not get a call back and the charges reversed.

The have 48 hours and I will be updating and pursuing if nothing comes back from them.

Nothing Yet from this sorry excuse of a Company and now 48 HRS. I have reached out to Broward County to see what my next steps are to Investigate for Fraud.

Frankcy at the Jacksonville Florida airport location is very unprofessional I had to call the police on him 2 times today because of the way he handled my situation so I really believe something need to be done to this guy the police officer stated they had complaints from other customers in the pass about his communication there but nothing had been done about very unpleased 😡

Lied about vehicle availability, lied about needing toll coverage, and refused to refund when the vehicle I requested wasn't provided. The company doesn't have a working phone line, employees were rude and took forever. Awful company. While it seems like a good deal online, pay the extra for a real company.

They charge a deposit and they take ann charge your bank account.

Horrible. customer service was bad was in Ft Lauderdale FL. Lady in front with braces and tattoos need to find another job seriously. The black guy at the desk was cool though. He was pleasant just frustrated because the lady was pissing everyone off so all the customers had an attitude. Stood in line for over an hour for a reservation. Please do not rent with them. Just pay a better price for time and customer service i promise you won't regret it.!!!
