Great experience. Fast delivery. Great monitor.

The monitor went black and failed to turn on after being used for half a year. I reached out to customer service, yet they ignored my messages and refused to solve the problem. This company is absolutely terrible. I will never buy anything from them again. You end up spending a lot of money just to get a defective product.

The best small screen size to resolution ratio and KTC does it very very well! Make more with all height tilt swivel rotation adjustments etc.

Peggior servizio clienti con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare, sono due settimane che sto cercando di avere un rimborso o uno scambio del prodotto (con difetto di fabbrica) e non c'è verso di comunicare come si deve perché rispondono solo la mattina tramite email e non mi stanno minimamente aiutando. Adesso sarebbe colpa mia secondo loro se il ritiro da parte di GLS non è andato a buon fine visto che non sono passati, ma i dati sono stati inseriti da loro e sicuramente c'è qualcosa che non va nel modo in cui l'hanno fatto perché non è passato nessuno a ritirare il prodotto.
Sconsiglio vivamente di comprare da loro se dovete avere a che fare con il servizio clienti.

Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I've been trying to get a refund or exchange for the product (which has a manufacturing defect) for two weeks, and there's no way to communicate properly because they only respond via email in the morning and aren't helping me at all. Now, they're blaming me for the GLS pickup failure, since they didn't show up. However, they entered the information, and there's definitely something wrong with the way they did it, since no one showed up to pick up the product.
I strongly advise against buying from them if you have to deal with customer service.

先週買ったばかりのKTCモニターが、1週間で画面が白黒になりました。何が起きたのか分からないし、どこに連絡すればいいのかも分かりません。お金をたくさん払って、ただの不良品を掴まされました。皆さん、絶対に買わないでください。

I got it in the time they said I’d receive my product and I am satisfied with it I just don’t know how the sound works that’s all.

Good price for a 5k monitor, but it has dust stuck behind the screen that can't be removed. It's definitely distracting, like a few dead pixels. I have heard other people run into this issue as well.

For 200 a piece these are nice upgrades to what i had.

Great monitors at an affordable price.

I needed my monitor replaced, I contacted KTC support and they were clear quick and incredible to deal with. I've never experienced anything remotely close to how good it was. I'm even happier now that I made a purchase with this company. The prices are very competitive and with this support I don't think you can find any other company that comes close. I was worried reading certain reviews on Amazon stating that getting a replacement was a nightmare. This was not the case in the slightest at least for myself.

This M27P6 monitor has it all: Fast IPS, Mini-LED, Dual Mode UHD-160Hz / FHD-320Hz, HDR 1400, Loads of Interface Ports, Adjustable Height, Tilt & Swivel, and Sleek Good Looks. Plays Counter-Strike 2 at full resolution and 144Hz like a champ. KTC is now my go-to brand for both performance and value.

I’ve been using this monitor for a few weeks, and overall I’m very satisfied. The display is clear, the colors look accurate, and it works well for both work and watching videos.

This has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I’ve had.

I paid the full amount for a MegaPad. The seller selected FedEx for delivery. FedEx marked it as delivered, but the delivery photo shows a completely different location that I do not recognize. The package was clearly misdelivered.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, the seller repeatedly insisted that once the item was shipped, it was no longer their responsibility. They refused to contact FedEx, refused to initiate a claim, and offered no meaningful assistance.

When a customer pays for an expensive product, the seller’s responsibility does not simply end the moment a tracking number is generated and customer money has been taken. Shifting all responsibility to the shipping carrier and leaving the customer with no product and no support is unacceptable.

If you are considering purchasing high-value items from this seller, understand that if anything goes wrong during shipping, you may be left entirely on your own. Better to avoid this seller at all costs!

Updates:
The seller filed a ticket with FedEx only 6 days after the parcel been marked as delivered, not “immediately” at all. Instead, they immediately told me it is not their responsibility and I should contact local authorities. I spent couple of days knocking every neighbor’s door and finally managed to find the MegaPad in a house located a few blocks away from mine. Fortunately my neighbor does not plan to keep it to himself. However this is risky situation and unpleasant experience with no help from seller at all.
