I wanted to return the product
I wanted to return the product, I don't stay well, but it's complicated to have the customer service, I could respond, and they only gave me the option to return the money, but I had to spend the shipment to China or else I would keep the product and they would give me a 15% discount. It is not advisable to buy on this site, there is no good service, there is no one to solve it as other companies do. I kept the product because no option suited me.

The selection is great
The selection is great. The style is a bit extreme for everything but good for many things. I’m excited to get my order. I hope it fits. It didn’t have a size chart. Many things did but my particular item didn’t.

My shapewear came missing the breast inserts. I wrote and asked for them to be sent to me but never heard back from you. Not a great start for new customer service. I would still like them.

Horrible!! Never got my order and the customer service kept saying “when we get your order we will ship it “ when I inquired about when I’d receive my order for months providing no tracking or info on when I’d receive the order. Complete thieves and unprofessional. Do not buy here!

My experience hase been horrible.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company.
The order too unreasonably long to arrive.
The online measurements did not correspond to the actual product.
To return the product you have to send the product in registered mail at your cost. So this item that cost me 50$ would cost me 60$ to return!
The other option is to keep it an get 15% credit.
And also, keep credit, for other purchase.
I sent the item back in regular mail.
But, now they say they do not refund unless it is sent in registered mail.
I sent them the Canada post receipt and QR code, bur they say they needed it to be sent registered.
This has been theist horrible experience.
Stay away from Shapshe.

I ordered an outfit on April 24th and…
I ordered an outfit on April 24th and it has not even shipped yet. I contact customer service that just continues to tell me that because it's a new style it takes a little longer. Why are you advertising product that you do not have readily in stock. I paid $90 for this jumper and nothing. I was hoping to wear it for my bday celebrations this past weekend now I'm just praying that it fits when and if I receive it.

I ordered three garments from this company to try on to wear under a dress for a wedding I was in the garments were sent to the wrong address by the logistics company that they chose documented that they were delivered to the wrong address when I contacted the company to request a refund because I had to go purchase these items Elsewhere for the wedding the company offered to resend the items and give me a coupon for future purchases and when I told them that this would not be necessary as I'm not a frequent customer of theirs they told me that they could only refund me either 30 or 40% of the money that I spent with them which to me is ridiculous because you're willing to resend the order again and give me a coupon versus just giving me my original form of payment back so my advice to anyone shopping with this company would be don't spend money with them that you can't afford to lose because trying to get a refund with them will leave you SOL!!!

Ordered 2 dresses wrong size
Ordered 2 dresses wrong size. They sent a third duplicate dress ended up with 3. I submitted 2 emails requesting two exchanges & the additional return. No response to date. NOT A DO-OVER. What’s so bad about it is that the dresses are cute just too small. They lost a valuable customer. Plz spread the word.

Spent$50 for a swim suit and never received it, tried contacting customer support but tracking said it was delivered but I never received the delivery and they refused to refund me so it was s complete loss. Never will I recommend this site to anyone.

I love the way my shapshe panties fits on me perfectly ! I love how it snatches my lil belly in and makes my stomach look super flat and snatched....Ladies you have to get you one its worth it.
