They should not even get one star. Woman Concept is a scam! I never received product or a refund.

Do not order from this website.
Their return policy doesn’t work. Your orders won’t show up in your profile so you can’t initiate a return and their customer support doesn’t respond at all.
I am stuck with a terrible quality Ahni bag worth $300.

Very disappointed with the boots I purchased from them.I only wore them twice, and the stitching came loose. I contacted customer service and sent photos showing that the shoes were essentially unworn, but they were unhelpful. I wasn’t asking for a return—I was hoping they could fix them. A company should take responsibility and stand behind its products.

So my experience wasn’t bad at all. I have to say that I didn’t need to return my item at all, nor did I have problems with shipping. So I deducted a star just because the other reviews might be correct about the return policy and everything, and I want to be as fair as possible.
The item itself that I got was actually pretty good. Actually mostly worth the price I paid. The material of the shirt I got was really thick and the seams are really well done and durable. It’s strange how everything is great except for the neckpiece. The seams are just completely bad there, and there are loose threads. So for that I deducted another star.
Overall happy with my one purchase from there. My package arrived on time, and the shirt was mostly great, and even the one flaw isn’t noticeable unless you inspect the seams.

It's been 1.5 months since i returned this product and i still haven't received my returns. I was going to be a loyal customer after one previous successful purchase but I am scared now to order anything from this company

I am beyond disappointed with my recent purchase from W Concept USA. I ordered a trench skirt for $165 CAD, and what I received was shockingly poor in quality. The material feels cheap and flimsy, the fit is completely off, and honestly, the design looks nothing like what was advertised — it’s downright ugly.

To make matters worse, their return policy is outrageously strict. They do not accept returns after just 7 days, which is incredibly unreasonable considering international shipping times and the need to try items on.

I feel like I flushed my hard-earned money down the toilet. This experience has left me with a bitter taste and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from W Concept USA. Save yourself the regret.

Total Scam. The size is misleading since the product photo is shot at at a certain angle. Customer service is not available. And they ask customers to pay the full retail price despite the product sold at a discount when returning the product.

For example, if a product was purchased at advertised price of $70 (includign $30 merchant discount/sale), upon return the customer is asked to pay the full $100 retail price. In addition they deduct $24 per return item. So in this case, returning a $70 purchase will result in a a maximum refund of $16, and that's excluding your out of pocket return shipping fee. In short, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM W CONCEPTS. IT'S A SCAM.

I strongly recommend not using w concept. I ordered a tote bag and when it arrived I was shocked by the poor quality. I requested a return ticket that cost money ... what?, they took a really long time to refund and when they did I only got less than half what I paid for the tote originally. I basically paid $60 and have nothing but a bad experience to show for it. I reached out to the customer service team and was fobbed off with a we will relay your concerns and exchange rate mary have been responsible for the amount of money you paid, "sorry, too bad" I'm so disappointed that I've been put in a position to pay money for such an extremely poor quality item and am left in a position to do anything about it, I feel embarrassed and disempowered and shocked.
If you're brave enough to order with them you've got a fifty fifty chance of watching your money go up in smoke.

The returns portal is disabled - hope you don't mind wasting your money with them. They don't respond to emails either. And the sizing was WAY too small.

The Woman Concept is not processing returns. Their "Easy Returns" portal is disabled. Customer service does not respond to inquiries through direct email and through the website contact form. I do not recommend purchasing from The Woman Concept.

A LOT OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE & OBVIOUSLY FROM SOMEONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE SITE. DON'T BE FOOLED. THE REVIEWS WITH THE LOW RATING ARE REAL SO BE SMART & BASE YOUR JUDGEMENT ON THEM & NOT THE OVERLY POSITIVE ONES. MAYBE THEY SHOULD SPEND MORE TIME ENSURING THEIR COMPANY HAS GOOD ETHICS INSTEAD OF MANIPULATING PEOPLE INTO SHOPPING WITH THEM. SIMPLY PATHETIC. SO WHEN YOU COMBINE THE LEGIT REVIEWS THAT SEEM TO DEPLICT BAD EXPERIENCES IN ADDITION TO THE FACT THAT THEYRE GOING OUT OF THEIR WAY TO NOT LET THE TRUTH GET OUT THERE, SHOULD BE ENOUGH REASON TO NOT SHOP ON THEIR SITE. PLUS, IM PRETTY SURE YOU CAN FIND ALL OF THE STUFF THEY SELL FOR WAY CHEAPER ON OTHER SITES. GOOD LUCK!

Excellent service! Would highly recommend. My order was shipped and delivered so fast and arrived in perfect condition. Price was much better than competitor’s site. Definitely would shop with w concept again.

Cancelled my order because the price from wconcept including shipping etc. was DOUBLE the PRIZE of the brands website (pillow case).
99€ pillow inkl. shipping & taxes vs. 53€ pillow & free shipping.
The customer service however was excellent and fast!

This particular retailer is known for its considerably marked-up prices, making it an expensive option. My previous order from them involved two items that I needed for an upcoming special event. However, after a two-week wait, I received an email stating that one of the items had to be canceled due to high demand, as the vendor no longer had it in stock. The remaining item was promised to be shipped, but to my disappointment, I received yet another email a week later. This time, Wconcept informed me that the vendor refused to ship the second item altogether. This whole experience has left a negative impression on me, and I have decided not to return to this disappointing retailer in the future.

Customer service is non-existant. They said they will refund me 1 to 5 business days after receiving my return. Guess what? They received my return 15 days ago, Yet I have not seen any refund. Nor have they replied to any of my emails. Also, the 2 coats I got don't match the pictures. When they refunded me for my first coat, they couldn't even get the math right. Plus they refunded me through Amazon Pay, rather than the original payment method.... This company is so messed up!

Had a great experience with WConcept ! I’m from Australia and was dying to get hands on great Korean brands. Was very hesitant at first but experience was great and free express shipping. Received my items 3 days after ordering even during the uncertain times of covid-19. So happy with my experience, definitely buying from there again and definitely recommend !
