Absolute scam of a company. Per their policy you should be able to cancel preorders. You actually have to cancel them for a change of address. This is an absolute lie. I have been BEGGING for an order to be cancelled since 3/19 when I input the wrong address since I misread the release date was AFTER I was moving in July. There is also supposed to be a Cancel Order button which was missing. I have dealt with both nice and absolutely rude customer service associates, a lot of who tried to gaslight me telling me it was cancelled, but it isn’t. I have been in a holding loop waiting for an “Operations Manager” to cancel my order. Meanwhile they are holding on to like $250 of my money. This is absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE customer service. I have gotten empty promises and some kind of “$10 credit” on my account which who would ever order from them again with this kind of experience. Since 3/19 no one can cancel my order that won’t even be released until like the LAST DAY OF JULY? This is beyond the point of absurdity.

i tried online coupon for your website…none work for me for me
this prices is better than amazon and ebay and walmart . 41.00 at walmart and amazon and ebay was still added more prices. but this website was cheapest blu-ray version to avatar fire and ash.i see no sense to spend more on movie with exact same format.

Double & over charged multiple times
You charged me a bunch of times & I kept getting payment issue emails. Im now dealing with my financial institution because of double charges & charges for things that were canceled long ago. Something is broken over there.

I’m extremely disappointed with my…
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Zavvi and feel like other customers should be aware of how poorly my order was handled.
I placed an order, paid for the item, and it never arrived. After waiting well past the expected delivery window, I contacted customer support multiple times by email asking for help or at least an update. I never received a single response.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. When a company takes a customer’s money, the bare minimum should be acknowledging support requests and trying to resolve the issue. Instead, my emails were ignored and I was left with no item, no update, and no resolution.
At this point I’m simply asking for a refund for the item I paid for but never received. I’m posting this here in hopes that someone from Zavvi will finally respond and resolve this issue.
If anyone from Zavvi’s support team sees this, please contact me so this can be handled properly. Until then, I strongly recommend other customers think twice before ordering if something goes wrong and you need customer service.
