I used this website and they were hidden fees that showed up at the end. From $us 149 to $us 249. I could not cancelled. I could not reach them but I am still working on that and also making a report to my bank. Because after all they charge an extra amount of $us 199 for a mail service. I never requested or accepted. Well unless they were hidden as the first time. $us 448 for this simple process. I research on BBB and they score and I made a huge mistake using this site. I tried to reach a human being to talk about this issue but it was useless, so Im working with my bank and I may reach the State office as well. Check the Logo and please do not think that you are in the State Portal.

I thought that I was filing an LLC through the IL website because they looked similar. After I hit payment, another fee popped up. $300 to expidite and $199 for them to be the agent (which was never mentioned until you confirm payment.) You try to cancel payment (after a couple of minutes), they say they can't because it is already processed and the only way to get a refund is if the state rejects your submission. There is a way around this. If you call the state within a couple of hours, you can cancel the filing and then alert them of what you did ( let them know of the company name and they will understand). Ask for a human when you contact USA LLC instead of their AI and simply state that you called the state and canceled the filing, and you do not authorize the payments from order #(___) and order #(____). I got an email confirmation of a refund before they responded.

The filing was simple. There was an issue with the name I chose. Rosie worked with me to find an available name and she worked directly with the state to make sure my filing was perfect! Thanks for making this process so easy.

My experience was extremely disappointing. After paying for my LLC filing, I was charged for additional services that I did not knowingly select or authorize. When I contacted customer support, I was told that these options had been selected during checkout, despite there being no clear indication that I had agreed to recurring or optional charges.
The website gives the impression that it is an official or government-related filing service, when it is actually a third-party company. I also found it difficult to obtain my business documents and received very little assistance from customer support.
After researching further, I discovered that many other customers have reported similar experiences, including unexpected charges, difficulty obtaining refunds, poor customer service, and confusion over optional services.

This company continues to contact me with questions about what’s missing for my llc. I have received all of my money. I have blocked & stopped and they do not respect anything I have done to be rid of them.

No stars. They mislead individuals into thinking they are the actual state website for filing an LLC with their Google SEO strategies and proceed to charge for way more than it cost to file with the state. My bank flagged them thank goodness. They got 189.00 from me before they were blocked from my credit card and refuse to refund my money. I've emailed and called numerous times. They have an F rating with the BBB.

I spoke to the SOS about the services USA LLC Filing provided me and the SOS told me that I had paid more than they would have wished. After I paid to acquire my licensing and registered agent, I could never get ahold of them. No chat agents ever came available as I waited, and no emails were answered. Sigh...

I was honestly expecting setting up an LLC was a month-long process, as dealing with state departments is usually a nightmare. I submitted my info here on a Tuesday night and had my approved documents back way faster than the state’s estimated wait time. Genuinely shocked by how fast the turnaround was.

Total Scam. Misleading application process. Dishonest billing practices. Rude and arrogant customer service reps and that's only if you can get one on the phone. They actually have a service fee for fixing their own mistakes. Seriously !! Don't trust this company with your credit card info. Consider Legal Zoom for your filing needs.

I retained the service of this company to open another LLC and obtain EIN. I accepted the higher charges for convenience of the promised service. Almost a week passed but nothing was happening. I contacted them through chat (automated), email (automated), phone (they never answered). Then on the top of that another charge for an agent shows up. I asked them to remove it. They wouldn’t stating that agreed to it somewhere in their contract. And, of course, no human response.

This company is a scam and attempts to steal your money. They come across as a government website but are not, and charge twice what it would take to have the same process done in person at a state office - in a matter of minutes. They also assign an "agent representative" who is not even a real person, and without authorization from the business owner, and attempt to charge $199 a year for this unauthorized "service." If I could mark zero stars I would. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever been through. DO NOT USE THEM!

I initially started my process Feb 5th 2026, and got charged immediately for a little over $300. My LLC changed to "FILED" on Feb 24th, I check with the Secretary of State and they in fact DO NOT have it filed. Reached out to the company for answers... They're e-mail only and Its April 17th now and i have NOT heard back from support. Safe to say this is a terrible experience and very discouraging for business journeys. I do not recommend using this service.

This company deserves a 0 star.It doesn't deserve any rating.This company should be banned and shut down. They are a rip off the charged me 199$ to file an l l c that they have not even filed yet. And then tried to charge me for other services.The next day services that I never asked for or approved and kept trying to charge my credit card without my approval. 0 customer service to talk too or communicate with. They hide behind there email system , or the answering message machine.

I would give 0 star if I could. Basically the closest you can get to a scam. Hidden fees, no customer service, trap you into paying for services that never come and can’t refund. DO NOT USE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE. Horrible company and should be disbanded.

They tried to charge my card for 200 after I paid 250 to start and llc, my bank caught it and declined it, and they tried again. This company will scam you, do not use them. also half theyre services are completely free at the irs website.

8 business days to submit my application to the state, and another 8 business days for the state to approve it. Another 2 business days before their website updates the information. On the cheapest service to get an llc they advertise 149 but you end up paying 304 dollars. If you just go on the secretary of state website and do it directly it costs 249 and you get your llc in a day. They rob you, cost you insane amounts of time, their communication takes literally 1 week to reply to a question. 7 days literally! I follow up that reply on 3-8 and I have yet to get a reply from them on 3-16. Worst money spent ever, biggest regret ever. Avoid at all costs!
