Ordered( #er23747) a pet protection cover for my back seat 8wks.nothing but a fake shipping label produced and USPS SAID NO ITEM WAS RECEIVE TO BE SHIPPED.I order from another website and received it in 3 days.

Be aware of this company ordered 3 bras according to their size it took almost 2 months to get them they are 2 sizes too small
Tried to return them to a address that was the return address on envelope came back as no such address can’t get anyone to answer me on the email either
I just got scammed

This is a scam my order was places about may for two mesh screens magnetic strips. Cost about $20 for 2 so i figured it was a good deal. And i order a Beach dress that converted into 4 different outfits cost about $19.00.. Total vost about $48 for shipping and everything.. Never received and got a email sayimg due to the pandemic and some items over seas have slowed it would be delayed but it was on its way.. That was in June haven't heard anything from them since. Money wasted and this place is a joke... 🖖

I placed an order in April, According to DHL it was delivered to me in person May 22nd. However the branch of DHL has no support, will never answer the phone, never answers emails. I messaged support at USABIGDEAL, never got a response. All of a sudden July 29th I got an email saying it was shipped again USPS, it has been sitting in pre-shipment in Nevada since then. They are a joke. 49 bucks wasted. They still do not answer emails. Even to their urgent email address. Poorest company ever

I ordered something over 4 months ago and still have not received it. This is the biggest scam of 2020. They of course took the money right away and I even got a email saying it shipped over a month and a half ago. I do not recommend this website and it doesn’t even deserve one star I ordered the same thing off amazon and it was half the price.

I received my item after a month and a half. I told them to not send it. They would not listen. This place is a scam. The only reason they actually wrote me back is because PayPal got involved.

Buyer Beware!
I purchased what was presented as a Saw, complete with a video and received blades for a saw that I don't own.
I would not even bother returning it because they can't be trusted and it would cost more money.
Make sure to warn Pinterest and other places where this site is conning the public with false advertising.
I believe they also perpetuate fraud under the name Life and Castle that just took my money and didn't even send a confirmation of my purchase. Their 800 number is not "manned", they have no address, just a post office box and they do not return emails. Both companies appear to be Canadian but are out of China.

Wow! Can't believe u people are still in business. Took me 3 months to get an incense fountain and when I did it looked like it had been run over. Sent email after email about a refund. Ha no reply. I have however reported them to the better business burouh.

I had very bad experience with this company. I sent several email and I didn’t get any response. So I called my bank to stop the payment.so l will never go back to this company again

I too have been scammed Too. why do you people have to be so dishonest. Most of us have worked hard for our money and you take advantage. I can’t wait for you to face God when your time comes.

I ordered furniture silicon chair protectors. They don’t work!
I waited over 2 months to receive them! They billed me right away. One ripped putting it on the chair & and they don’t slide like they said they would!

Big Scam- I placed an order on the 1st of May. They got $58 and I got a big, fat rip-off. Considering all the complaints, is there not an investigation happening? Or maybe there is - has anyone heard of one?

I agree with all the others that there should be "no star" because it's not even worth 1 star. I ordered a garden hose and, of course, they took my money, but I have not seen the product in months - even though they sent their last email that it was shipped.

An update - I received the garden hose today 8/22/2020, but taking almost 4 months to get it is unacceptable.

Company sucks!
Great at sending auto generated emails, but not the damn merchandise!! Been waiting since April 25th. I will never order again!!

Should be ZERO stars!!! Yes these people are scammers and should be looked in to by some agency. No product, no emails, no nothing. Too bad I used a checking account instead of a credit card or I would reverse payment. BEWARE!!!!!

First and LAST time I'll ever order anything from this outfit. I paid $17.93 on June 22, 2020 - On the initial automated email they indicated it would take 2-4 weeks before I would get a shipping confirmation, but They didn't waste any time taking the money - However, here it is 6 weeks later and I still haven't received my order - Have not received a shipping confirmation - I request a cancellation of my order (No Response) - they have ignored my emails except for the automated one where they blame all delays on Covid. and say it will be 2-4 weeks before shipment. I Have started the Dispute process with my CC company.
By the way you should have a No Star option for outfits like this.
