Deceptive: I signed up, checked it out and cancelled the same day! Found the process to complicated for me at the age of 71. Then I saw on my 2025 bank statement that I had been charged for 20 months for a total of $699! Checking their website, it stated I had cancelled on the same day I had ordered it! But to stop December's payment from going through I cancelled again. Manager has rejected last email that has a picture of the website as proof!

I thought I was applying for a grant. I wasn’t.

I submitted the application at 2:53 pm, realized the mistake immediately, and called by 3:00 pm to cancel. Despite acting within minutes, I was told I’d only receive a partial adjustment.

I was also told this was because I had ‘searched the website,’ which is untrue.

This isn’t about the amount—it’s about clarity, consent, and accountability. I acted in good faith and responded immediately. That deserves to be honored.

A lot of place that are out to get a monthly payment but no help at all will hang up on you

I'm giving 1 star because I cant go any lower. I signed up for a grant program on a whim, for which I was charged a 1-time processing fee of $24.99. I opted out of the recurring monthly program upsell, but still got an immediate onboarding call welcoming me to the program. I made it clear that I did not want the full service upgrade, but only the platform access that I paid for. (Continuity program was FREE for 30 days, then $35 a month after) When I objected to this, they said my membership would only last 30 days. I was under the impression from their sales page that I now had access to the platform, but just not the service upgrade. I was willing to just use the resources and do the work myself. I decided to cancel because of the deception. I was transferred to 3 different people before finally being given only a $20 refund and being hung up on by a very unprofessional man in customer service once I told him I was going to write a bad review. This is a scam, and I highly recommend you avoid it altogether.

This is one step away from a scam. When you sign up, they tell you there is a ONE TIME $25 fee that you can get reimbursed if you do apply for a grant but get rejected. You will later get a call that the membership will be $34 a month. You can cancel it at any time but this is still very misleading information that makes me not want to work with them to begin with.

This company offers a lot of information but is very pushy and a total scam. You will receive recurring charges even though you cancel verbally and clarify that you do NOT want recurring services. When I called to discuss, the answering hold message even tells you how to cancel your account recurring charges (that you didn't even start in the first place) and a dedicated web page to easily cancel. That being said, i was on the line with a representative named "Juan" who was incredibly rude, condescending, unkind, interruptive and never even let me get a sentence completed. He was dismissive and totally rude when I tried to ask for a refund. He was locked and loaded with nasty and abrasive comments placing blame for the charge on me and offered only a partial refund. When I asked if a full refund was possible (because I asked to NOT have this service recurring charge to my dedicated rep and I ended up with it anyway..but I never got to say that) he said "Fine. I won't give you any refund then" and hung up. I have not been treated so poorly by a supposedly professional org in a LONG time. This is a total scam. Save your money, time and frustration. When I asked to speak to Juan's manager, he said he was the manager and the only one above him was the owner who "You aren't going to talk to him". I'm disgusted and on a mission to leave as many warnings around the internet as possible.

I have a renewed sense of hope in not only my personal situation, my fellow man as well. If I can accidentally stumble upon exactly the right tools to stop my metaphorical ship from sinking….anyone else can too!

COMPLETELY ILLEGIMATE...THEIR GRANTS COME PASTED OFF OF GOVERNMENT WEBSITES AND THEY GIVE OUT NO MONEY WHATSOEVER...JUST TAKING IT IN AND THEY DO TAKE IN A LOT!

Absolute fraud. Read reviews....this website will, take your money and not provide resources to my grant as requested...then customer service agrees to pay back and then refuses to do so....BUYER BEWARE.....,

This place is a scam. They take your money and don't actually offer you anything in return. You can file complaints to the federal trade commission

USAfunding is a good resource for women who own a business. There are many Grants and Loan resources and Scholorships available. I'm just getting started and feel hopeful I found USAfunding.

I paid the initial $24.95 fee that they ask of you although most grants are free. I went through some of the grants on the website but most of them ask for a fee to apply. I received a phone call shortly after and the rep spoke kind of fast, but I was able to understand it all or at least I thought. A month later I was charged $34.95 and realized after googling the company, others were charged the same monthly fee. This is not explained on the website nor was it explained during that phone call. I called and was able to speak to a rep. I asked him to cancel my account. He asked if he could ask for the reason for canceling. I told him because I was unaware of the monthly fee and he immediately responded, “I will go ahead and process a $25 refund”. That gave me the impression that everyone complains about that, and they know they are deceiving people. Why would you charge a monthly fee when the grants on your website also charge you to apply.

Clear directives, easy to change screens and get back to site needed.

Let me start at first I was a little skeptical about hiring USA funding application for grants.\n But the more I spoke to the representative And question mark questions that I asked were a lot of the information I was looking for but to no Avail. This company made it easier to navigate the system for grants for senior citizens disabled. Thank you
