Very Happy, I never heard of them, Prices were low for the things I wanted. I placed my order, everything was awesome. I now have ordered a few times from them.

Preordered this kit when it became available. Shipment was quick with no issues. Started building this kit and the plastic quality is good. Comes in a matte coating making it a little harder to clean the panel lines, have to wipe it down at least twice. Overall, great kit.

Package came faster then I thought it would.

This was my first purchase with this company, and it went beyond my expectations! My order was an in stock item, and was sent out pretty quickly after, within a couple of days. The item was well protected and I'm very pleased overall!

My order was on time, and also included a hand-signed note and a sticker, which was a nice touch.

Smooth, quick, well packed, and sticker!

Excellent service on the delivery and care of the product, than you very much.

My kids loved your products
What do I do ignore piece broke ?

The items arrived safely packaged in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered my model kits through the Shop app. My items are always delivered inside a cardboard box and stuffed with little airbags to stop them from bouncing. I can vouch for these guys if you’re still on the fence.

They ship their products quickly and package them very well. They also offer some great discounts. I have yet to be dissatisfied with a purcgasw

it’s was a great experience

They always have a great selection and fantastic customer experience. Awhile back i purchased the baphomet 3rd party kit and took a bit to get to opening the box only to find 2 pieces that were severely malformed. After contacting them they managed to find replacement parts from a damaged kit and ship them out despite being around a week after the cut off date to do so.

Always receive my orders on time from USAGUNDAMSTORE. This particular build was simple and looks great.

Package showed up in good time (2‐3 days). Both model kits I ordered were well insulated and secured in a larger box and arrived in good conditions. The free Gundam and USAGS themed stickers in the box were also a nice touch.

Great shopping experience with USA Gundam Store! Shipping was fast, everything was carefully packaged, and their customer service was excellent. They really care about their customers. Highly recommended!

Great store and online buying experience. Item shipped quickly was packaged for safe delivery, and arrived undamaged. The price was amazing compared to other retailers.

Great product and the shipping was fast too! Love the signed cards of the people that packed the box! I wish you guys were in Cali so I could visit the store!

My experience with USA Gundam store has been great! It's my first time building gunpla and USAGS has been my go to for every purchase. Their prices are reasonable and the shipping has been quick. I've already built 2 gunplas and will be purchasing more to add to my collection.
