Bday purchase!
Purchased my Birthday present through USAGS and man the shipping was fast! It got to my house within a week of ordering. The packaging was great and they had a kit ive been looking for for awhile in stock and a bit on sale! The only complaint I have is they used Amazon for shipping which I understand is probably why I got my items so fast but Amazon in my area is pretty bad due to them delivering my packages including this one to my neighboors. No fault on USAGS of course its on Amazon, still annoying. Either way great purchase and amazing shop!!

This was my first order and the customer service was amazing, the shipping was fast, and everything was packaged very well. The price of everything was even better than the same items on Amazon, so thats a huge bonus in my book. I will continue to make my Gundam related orders from you guys!

They don't have a hold on their own preorder systems; I've been waiting over a yr for a single preorder of Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots Metal Gear Rex to arrive. The company claims logistics issues, yet the same item is found in stock on Amazon. Meanwhile, they are still pushing preorders for other model kits.
