Me han cobrado una suscripción de 29,99 € de forma automática. No he utilizado la plataforma en absoluto y ya he procedido a cancelarla porque no la voy a usar. He intentado ponerme en contacto con el soporte técnico para solicitar la devolución del dinero ya que no se ha consumido ningún servicio, pero no obtengo respuesta clara.
Exijo que el equipo de soporte revise mi caso y realice el reembolso de los 29,99 € inmediatamente. El correo de mi cuenta es zamoranexsergio. Acabo de solicitar devolución. En el caso de recibir el reembolso cambiaré mi puntuación aquí. Mientras tanto lo consideraré un fraude. En la Unión Europea hay leyes que amparan las garantías digitales y las devoluciones en plazo por no uso. En caso de no reembolsarme iré hasta el final para que se cumpla la ley que ampara mis derechos.

Use ai keeps charging my bank, I’ve tried to cancel but they tell me that I don’t have an account. I’ve now had to cancel my bank card twice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Now having to call bank and file a complaint against them.

use AI will charge for services, NOT rendered and will Charge you after you CANCEL AND CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO REQUEST CANCELLATION. Due to that FACT in my EXPERIENCE and OPINION this is not a good company to trust your financial information to. A company with NO integrity. It deserves a NEGATIVE RATING. WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE ME OVER AND OVER AFTER CANCELLATION AND A DEMAND FOR REFUND.

I have no idea who use.ai is. I started seeing $29.99 monthly payments charged to my card through PayPal. I opened a case with PayPal and they were no help at all. I contacted use.ai and they have no record of an account for me. I've reported this to my card provider. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to get back the 2 payments that have already hit my account. But I've asked that the card be closed and reissued. As soon as they allow it, I'll be closing PayPal , too. This is scary. I haven't signed up for anything with use.ai, I've never heard of them, I have no idea how they generated a charge to PayPal. PayPal was unhelpful.

une 1st, 2026, I received an unauthorized pending charge of €29.99 on my PayPal account from use.ai without my consent. The transaction is currently a temporary authorization. I demand the immediate cancellation of this order/subscription and the full reversal of the payment before it is processed. Please contact me to resolve this immediately.

Iam extremely disappointed with Use.ai. I signed up for a €1.00 trial, and they immediately charged me €29.99 without clear notice.
Ihave NOT used the service since the charge, and according to EU Consumer Law (Right of Withdrawal), I am entitled to a full refund. I have already canceled the subscription but want my €29.99 back.
Please resolve this immediately or I will initiate a chargeback through my bank and report this to the consumer protection authorities.

They asked me to provide everything possible to verify the charge — my card details, the transaction record from my bank app, screenshots of my account, and every other piece of proof they requested.

I provided all of it.

After that, they still claimed they could not match my account with the payment record. That makes no sense to me. From my experience, this feels extremely misleading and very frustrating.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it was possible. I signed up for the $1 trial and was not informed of a $29.99 fee from the pop up ad I received. This company is a scammer.

Like those other reviewers I also signed up for the $1 free trial but used the "use dot ai" site (TP not allowing me to give the actual url here). My card co notified me of a pending charge of $0.55 which they had declined as suspected fraud. Be careful!

The same as everyone else. I signed up for a £1 trail. But they took £29.99 from me. They are scammers. Don't go anywhere near them.

I was almost robbed by this company. I signed for 1 week trial, paid 1€ for that.
I never agreed with a subscription, today they tried to charge me 29.99, thank God I had no funds so the bank declined. I had to ask for a new debit card otherwise as soon as there was money there they would come to try to collect it again. I contacted the customer service and they reply funds collected can not be returned.
This is the way we people are robbed by corporations.
Be very careful for one week paid trials it's just a disgusting technique to still from us.
Never, never will use this company service again.
